Զարմանում էի, թե հարևանուհիս ինչու է ծլեցնում հնդկաձավարը, բայց երբ իմացա ողջ ճշմարտությունը… հիմա առանց դրա կյանքս չեմ պատկերացնում
LIFEԻզուր չէ, որ հնդկաձավարը ստացել է ձավարեղենի «թագուհի» անվանումը: Հնդկաձավարը լինում է գոլորշահարված և կանաչ: Կանաչ գույնը պայմանավորված է ջերմամշակում անցած չլինելու փաստով, հետևաբար, այս տեսակում օգտակար նյութերն ավելի շատ են պահպանված, քան շագանակագույն տեսակի մեջ:
Որպեսզի կանաչ հնդկաձավարն էլ ավելի օգտակար դառնա, այն պետք է ծլեցնել օգտագործումից առաջ:
Դրա համար պետք է մինիմում ջանքեր և համբերություն՝ 14-48 ժամ:

- ապակե կամ էմալապատ սպասք,
- կանաչ հնդկաձավար,
- ֆիլտրված ջուր,
- թանզիֆ:
Ինչ անել
Նախ լավ լվանալ հնդկաձավարը: Լավ լվացված հնկաձավարի վրա լցնել ֆիլտրված ջուրը, որպեսզի ջուրն ամբողջովին ծածկի հնդկաձավարը 2սմ-ով:
Թողնել 2-3 ժամ:
Ժամանակը լրանալուց հետո լվանալ: Լվացած հնդկաձավարը ծածկել թաց թանզիֆով, իսկ տարան ծածկել փակիչով այնպես, որ օդ խաղա:
Դնել մութ տեղում սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում: Սովորաբար 2 օրվա ընթացքում հնդկաձավարը ծլում է 0.3-2 սմ-ով:
Ծլեցրած հնդկաձավարի հատկությունները.
- օգնում է նվազեցնել քաշը, կարգավորում է խոլեստերինի մակարդակը,
- ամրապնդում է իմունային համակարգը, լավացնում է մարսողությունը,
- լավացնում է սրտանոթային համակարգի աշխատանքը,
- ամրապնդում է նյարդային համակարգը:
Կարևոր է հիշել, որ ծլեցրած հնդկաձավարը չի կարելի պահել 2 օրից ավել: Կարելի է ուտել հենց այդպես, նաև այլ մթերքների հետ:
