Ֆերմենտացման շնորհիվ լիմոնի օգտակար հատկությունները բազմապատկվում են:

Լիմոնը ֆերմենտացնելու համար պետք է կատարել մի քանի քայլ.

  • Պետք է վերցնել մեծ ապակե տարա,լվանալ դրանք և թողնել չորանան:
  • Վերցնել 4-5 հատ լիմոն,լավ լվանալ:
  • Յուրաքանչյուր լիմոնի վրա անել 2 կտրվածք և դրանց վրա լցնել աղ:Աժմ պետք է այնպես անել,որ աղը լավ տարածվի:
  • Վերցնել ապակե տարան,լցնել աղ,սկսել մեջը դնել լիմոնները՝իրար սեղմելով:Փակել տարան և թողնել 3 օր մութ վայրում:3 օր անց կարելի է դրանք օգտագործել:

Այն կարելի է օգտագործել ուտեստներ պատրաստելիս,համ տալու համար,այն կարելի է օգտագործել ըստ ցանկության ցանկացած ձևով:
