Այսօր մարտի 1-ն է . . .
POLITICSՄարտի 1-ի մասին դատողություններ անելը բավական բարդ է: Տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը հատկապես այս օրով քննարկելն առավել բարդ է, որովհետև, կարծես թե, քննարկելու բան չկա: Մյուս կողմից էլ, սակայն, արդեն այսօր, երբ վերաբացվել է Մարտի 1-ի գործը՝ դառնալով ոչ միայն քրեական, այլև քաղաքական նոր քննարկումների առարկա, կարիք կա մի քանի արձանագրման:
Մարտի 1-ի ողբերգությունը հասարակ ողբերգություն չէ: Այն քաղաքական անհանդուրժողականության, քաղաքական մրցակցությունը ֆիզիկական բռնության ճանապարհ տանող դրսևորում է: Նշանակում է՝ գործն ամբողջությամբ վերաբացելն ու բացահայտելը պետք է բացառի այս դրսևորումներն ապագայում: Արդյո՞ք մենք հիմա այդ ճանապարհին ենք, բարդ է ասել: Հուսադրող է, որ գործն ամեն դեպքում օրակարգային է: Հուսադրող չէ, որ գործը դիտարկվում է կա՛մ բացառապես իրավական, կա՛մ նեղ քաղաքական տեսանկյունից:
Իսկ տեսանկյունը լայն քաղաքական է: Այդ լայն քաղաքական տեսանկյան հիմքում ընկած են ոչ միայն Մարտի 1-ի բուն դեպքերն ու նախորդող, հաջորդող քաղաքական իրավիճակն իր բոլոր բարդ, ոչ միանշանակ շերտերով: Ոչ պակաս բարդ ու ոչ միանշանակ է Մարտի 1-ի հարցը նաև հիմա՝ տասնմեկ տարի անց: Այն դարձել է հայաստանյան քաղաքական պատմության ու մտածողության յուրատեսակ խարան, որից ազատվել չի ստացվում: Ավելին՝ պարզապես խարանին առերեսվելը ևս չի թույլ տալիս ազատվել դրանից, քանի որ արդյունավետ չէ, նեղ է առերեսման անկյունը: Ու քանի դեռ չկա ամբողջական առերեսում, կամ ավելի պարզ՝ ամբողջական բացահայտում՝ բոլոր մանրամասներով, բոլոր շերտերով, խնդիրն էլ մնում է օդում կախված, ապա այն շարունակելու է ճոճվել Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքի գլխին հենց այդ օդում կախված վիճակում:
Դժվար է նույնիսկ պատկերացնել մի հեռանկար, երբ այն օդում կախված մնա էլի մի քանի տարի՝ դառնալով ընթացիկ քաղաքական պրոցեսների շահարկման առարկա: Այնինչ, պետք է օր առաջ այն օդից իջեցնել գետնին, բացահայտել ու փակել հարցը՝ բնականաբար հստակ քաղաքական արձանագրումներով: Արձանագրումներ, որոնց հիմքում կլինի բռնության հիմնովին բացառումը քաղաքականությունից: Սա է երաշխիքը, որ ապագայում նոր Մարտի 1-եր չլինեն:
