Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում տուժած քաղաքացիներն ասում էին. «Քաղաքապետարանից եկել, հարցրել են՝ ինչ ա եղել, ինչ չի եղել ու թողել, գնացել են: Եվ հստակ չեն պատասխանել, թե արդյոք մեզ կօգնեն, թե չէ: Մինչև այդ պահը մենք մեր ուժերով ենք վնասները վերականգնում»:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ քամին գրեթե ամբողջովին պոկել է գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանի հսկայական երկհարկանի տան տանիքի թիթեղյա շիֆերները՝ շպրտելով դրանք անգամ հարևան տան տանիքի վրա ու վնասելով նաև այն:
