Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխական գործընթացների պատճառներից խոսելիս շատերը մեջբերում են արդարության դեֆիցիտի խնդիրը, ըստ որի, տարիներ շարունակ հասարակությունն ապրել է անարդարության մեծ զգացումով, այդ զգացումը կուտակվել է ու պայթել: Մասամբ, իհարկե, այս մոտեցման կողմնակիցները ճիշտ են: Հայաստանում այդպես էլ չէր ձևավորվում արդարության այնպիսի համատարած զգացում, գոնե այդ զգացման մինիմալ շեմ, որպեսզի հասարակության գոնե մեծամասնությունը ամեն օր, կենցաղում, աշխատանքում չդժգոհեր, իրեն չզգար նվաստացած: Մյուս կողմից, սակայն, արդարության զգացումը վերացական, իռացիոնալ հասկացություն է: Հենց սրա համար էլ արդարության զգացմանը կից կա արդարադատության ռացիոնալ համակարգ, լայն իմաստով համակարգ, ոչ թե միայն իրավապահների կամ ոլորտի անմիջական կառավարմամբ զբաղվող գերատեսչությունների:

Այդ համակարգի գործառույթը հենց արդարության զգացման անկումը մինիմալիզացնելն է, այսինքն իռացիոնալը, վերացականը բերել գործնական դաշտ: Թվում էր, թե անարդարության զգացման կուտակված պոռթկումից հետո, երբ իշխանության եկավ այդ անարդարության զգացումը վերացնել խոստացող ուժը, այս հարցը պետք է լուծվեր: Մասամբ այն, իհարկե, լուծվել է, բայց կրկին իռացիոնալ մակարդակում: Խոշոր կապիտալ կրողներից, նախկին պաշտոնյաներից որոշների մասով հարուցված քրեական գործերը որոշակիորեն արդարության զգացում ներշնչել են: Բայց գործնականում խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ: Որովհետև մի կողմից չկա հստակ հայեցակարգով արդարադատության նոր բովանդակություն, մյուս կողմից՝ հասարակությունն է ընդդիմանում, երբ այդ արդարության վերականգնումը չի սահմանափակվում միայն նախորդ իշխանությամբ կամ խոշոր կապիտալ կրողներով:

Ամեն անգամ, երբ իշխանության այս կամ այն նախաձեռնության թիրախում հայտնվում է , այսպես կոչված, հասարակ ժողովուրդը, այդ ժողովրդի այս կամ այն հատվածը, կրկին հայտնվում  է անարդարության ահռելի զգացման էներգիա: Հենց այստեղ է, որ առաջ է գալիս արդարության վերացականության խնդիրը: Այսինքն, հասարակության՝ արդարության մասին պատկերացումները ոչ միայն վերացական են, այլև ունեն սահմաններ, որոնք գծված են իրենցից հեռու ու վերաբերում են բացառապես նախորդ իշխանություններին կամ հարուստներին: Սա գուցե կարելի է համարել հեղափոխության օբյեկտիվ հանգամանք: Բայց, անկախ ամեն ինչից, սա արգելակում է իշխանությունների գործողությունների անընդհատականությունը, առանց այն էլ, երբ իշխանությունը հաստատակամ վարք չի դրսևորում:
