Ծանր հիվանդություն ունեցող կալանավորված անձն Պաշտպանի բարձրացրած հարցով ազատ է արձակվել
SOCIETYՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի բարձրացրած հարցով թոքի պերիֆերիկ քաղցկեղ ունեցող անձի խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքը փոխարինվել է չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ և նա ազատ է արձակվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի բաժնից։
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը երեկ հանդես էր եկել հայտարարությամբ այն մասին, որ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ում գտնվող կալանավորված անձն ունի ծանր հիվանդություն, որն անհամատեղելի է նրան անազատության մեջ պահելու հետ և վտանգում է խոշտանգման, անմարդկային կամ նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքի կամ պատժի չենթարկվելու և կյանքի նրա իրավունքները:
Բողոքի քննարկման ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ գործը գտնվում է բողոքարկման փուլում և երկու աշխատանքային օր է, ինչ Վճռաբեկ դատարանում է: Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունից Պաշտպանին ուղղված գրությամբ պարզաբանվել էր, որ կալանավորված անձի առողջական ծանր վիճակի մասին տեղեկություն ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարան էր ներկայացրել նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկը:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը երեկ բարձրացրել էր կալանավորված անձի խափանման միջոցը ծանր հիվանդության հիմքով փոխելու հարց՝ ինչպես հրապարակայնորեն, այնպես էլ Գլխավոր դատախազին ուղղված գրությամբ:
Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի տրամադրած տեղեկությունից պարզվել է, որ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի այսօրվա որոշմամբ անձի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանքը փոխարինվել է չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ, և անձն ազատ է արձակվել»:
