Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ հայանքում բնակիչները բողոքի ակցիա են կազմակերպել՝ պահանջելով ՀՀ Ներքին զորքերի նախկին հրամանատար Լյովա Երանոսյանի քրոջ համայնքապետ որդու՝ Սամվել Գալստյանի հրաժարականը։ Բնակիչների և մարզից ժամանած 2 աշխատակիցների միջև վեճ է տեղի ունեցել, մինչև անգամ ծեծկռտուք։ 

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ը տեղեկացավ, որ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները, որոնք նաև ստորագրահավաք են կազմակերպել, մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցների հետ միասին քիչ առաջ գնացել են մարզպետարան՝ մարզպետին իրենց բողոքը հայտնելու և «խնդրին լուծում տալու համար»։ 

Ջրառատի համայնքապետ Սամվել Գալստյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում հերքեց վեճի մասին լուրը, նշելով, որ միայն բնակիչների կողմից հարցադրումներն են եղել․ «Ընդամենն այդքան բան է եղել, չկա վեճ։ Իսկ ստորագրությունները կորզվել են կեղծ ճանապարհով։ Կազմակերպիչները հերթով մտել են բնակիչների տները, ասֆալտապատման պատրվակով իմ հրաժարականը պահանջող թղթի տակ նենգաբար ստորագրություն են ստացել։ Բնակիչները միայն խոսում են փողոցների ասֆալտապատման մասին, կազմակերպիչներն էլ դա լավ առիթ են համարել իմ հրաժարականի ձայները հավաքելու համար։ Իմ բնակիչներն ինձ շատ են սիրում»։ 

Համայնքապետն նշեց, թե ովքեր են իրականում ակցիան կազմակերպել և ըստ նրա՝ նրանք են՝ համայնքապետարանի աշխատակից Մարինե Առաքելյանը և մի քանի քնակիչներ, որոնք «տարիներ շարունակ պայքարել են համայնքապետի աթոռի համար»։

«Հրաժարականս պահանջում են էն մարդիկ, որոնք 30 տարի շարունակ, երբ դեռ երեխա եմ եղել, համայնքի ղեկավարի թեկնածու են եղել, հիմա նրանց երեխաներն էլ իմ դեմ են պայքարում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է իմ աշխատակցուհուն, նա ամիսներ առաջ ապօրինի գործողություն է կատարել, որի մասով քրգործ է հարուցվել, նա ևս իմ հրաժարականն է պահանջում։ Ավելին՝ երբ տարեվերջին բյուջեն պետք է հաստատեինք, նրա միջամտությամբ սկսեցին բոյկոտել իմ դեմ,  որպեսզի  իրենց սխալները տեսանելի չլիներ։ Ես դեռ մարզպետի հետ չեմ խոսել, բայց վստահ եմ, որ նա ճիշտ լուծում կտա»,- մանրամասնեց Սամվել Գալստյանը, հավելելով, որ ակցիայի կազմակերպիչներն ամենաշատը 400 ձայն են կարողանալու հավաքել, քանի որ նույն այդքան է հավաքել ներկայումս իր դեմ պայքարող և ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին իր թեկնածությունը նույնպես առաջադրած մարդը։

Մեր այն դիտարկմանը, թե շատերը լավատեղյակ են նույն այդ ընտրությունների ժամանակ թեկնածուների միջև տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի, դրանից առաջ և հետո տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների մասին, որոնց հետ կապվում էր իր, Լյովա Երանոսյանի և վերջինիս եղբոր անունները, Գալստյանը նշեց․ «Ընտրության օրը որոշ խմած մարդիկ են եկել ու ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ կռիվ արել, ես այդ ժամանակ տանն եմ եղել, քեֆի էինք անում, մեկ անգամ եմ դուրս եկել, այն էլ քվեարկության նպատակով։ Ես հպարտ եմ, որ Լյովա Երանոսյանի նման բնակիչ ունենք համայնքում, և հպարտ եմ նաև, որ իր քրոջ որդին եմ, քանի որ մենք այսօր ապրում ենք Երանոսյանի նման մարդկանց շնորհիվ»։

Կրկին մեր այն դիտարկմանը, թե ընտրությունների ավարտից առաջ սովորությու՞ն է «քեֆ» անելը, համայնքապետը շփոթվեց, ասելով, որ իր գյուղի բնակիչների համար են արել, և որ ցանկացած որոշում էլ իրենց համար ընդունելի էր լինելու։
