ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է ուրիշի գույքը բացահայտ հափշտակելու, պահեստարան կամ շինություն ապօրինի մուտք գործելու, կյանքի կամ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու, խոշոր չափերի կողոպուտ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Երևան քաղաքի 22-ամյա բնակչի:

Իրականացված բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությամբ պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն Երևան քաղաքի 1996 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը, ունենալով պարտքեր, որոշել է կատարել ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն: Իր մտադրությունը իրագործելու համար 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին հետապնդել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակչուհուն և նրանից հափշտակել վերջինիս պայուսակը՝ պատճառելով զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս:

Բացի այդ՝ 22-ամյա երիտասարդը քաղջատեղյակ լինելով սուպերմարկետներից մեկի մենեջերի աշխատասենյակի չհրկիզվող պահարանում առկա գումարի մասին, որոշել է կատարել գումարի հափշտակություն:

Այդ նպատակով 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին դուրս է եկել տանից և գնացել սուպարմարկետի տարածք, սպասել այնքան մինչև այնտեղից դուրս կգար սուպերմակետում որպես մենեջեր աշխատող՝ Երևան քաղաքի 1969 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը: Երբ 49-ամյա տղամարդը փակել է սուպարմարկետի դուռն ու հեռացել, երիտասարդը նախապես իմանալով վերջինիս բնակվելու վայրի մասին, շրջանցել է նրան և հասնելով նրանց շենքի մուտք դարանակալել է առաջին հարկի վերելակի մուտքի մոտ:

Երբ 49-ամյա տղամարդը մտել է իր բնակության վայրը հանդիսացող շենքի մուտք և բարձրացել աստիճաններով, 22-ամյա երիտասարդը ծեծի է ենթարկել տղամարդուն՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ և հափշտակելով նրա մոտ առկա իրերը դիմել է փախուստի:

Այնուհետև իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով գնացել է 49-ամյա տղամարդու աշխատավայր, փորձել բացել սուպերմակետի ետնամասի դուռը, սակայն չկարողանալով բացել սուպերմարկետի ետնամասի մուտքի դուռ հանդիսացող մետաղական շերտավարագուրը՝ դիմել է փախուստի:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 22-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 176-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Հայտարարվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան
