Դեսպանն ու նախարարը քննարկել են հայ-ճապոնական կրթական ծրագրերի հնարավորությունը

ՀՀ  կրթության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանն  այսօր աշխատանքային հանդիպում է ունեցել  Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչիի հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը  շնորհավորել է դեսպանին Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական աշխատանքի անցնելու կապակցությամբ եւ հույս հայտնել, որ նրա գործունեությունը նպաստավոր կլինի հայ-ճապոնական կրթական կապերի զարգացման համար:  Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության եւ համատեղ կրթական ծրագրերի հնարավորությունները: Դեսպանը հետաքրքրվել է   Հայաստանի դպրոցներում եւ բարձրագույն կրթական հաստատություններում օտար լեզուների ուսուցման հնարավորություններով եւ այդ համատեքստում առաջարկություն ներկայացրել  ճապոներենի ուսուցման ներդրման վերաբերյալ: Նշելով, որ  լեզուների, ինչպես նաեւ տարբեր ժողովուրդների մշակույթների ու պատմության ուսուցանումը  Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի միջազգայնացման առաջնային ուղղություններից  է՝ նախարար Ա. Աշոտյանը  ներկայացրել է օտար լեզուների ուսուցման կենտրոնների եւ  խորացված ուսուցմամբ  ավագ դպրոցներ հիմնելու  ՀՀ ԿԳՆ փորձը, որը կարող է  կիրառվել նաեւ ճապոներենի դեպքում: ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը նաեւ շեշտել է, որ այս հարցում հայկական կողմն ակնկալում է ճապոնական կողմի  մասնագիտական եւ մեթոդական աջակցությունը:  Հայաստանի Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան լեզվաբանական համալսարանում ճապոներենը որպես օտար լեզու ուսուցանվում է, սակայն այն, ինչպես նշել է Ա. Աշոտյանը,  բավարար ռեսուրս չի կարող ապահովել՝ կրթական հիմնարար ծրագրերի մշակման համար:

Դեսպան   Է. Տագուչին  իր հերթին նշել է, որ  ճապոնական կողմը առաջին փուլում կարեւորում է հատկապես  բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրագործումը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաեւ ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսին  Երեւանում կազմակերպված  Եվրոպայի բարձրագույն կրթական տարածքի նախարարական գագաթաժողովին ու Բոլոնիայի քաղաքական ֆորումին, որտեղ Հայաստանը հանդես էր գալիս որպես նախագահող երկիր:
