«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները վճռեցին ոչ միայն նոր խորհրդարանի, այլև արտախորհրդարանական ընդդիմության կազմը: Հատկապես, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ խորհրդարանից դուրս մնացած գործուն ուժերի քանակը ավելի շատ է, քան խորհրդարանում հայտնվածներինը: Արտախորհրդարանական հարթակում հայտնվեցին հին ուժերից ՀՀԿ–ն ու ՀՅԴ–ն, նորերից՝ «Սասնա ծռերն» ու «Քաղաքացու որոշումը»: Սրանք հիմնական ուժերն են, որոնք ակնհայտորեն չեն դադարեցնելու իրենց գործունեությունը խորհրդարան չանցնելուց հետո:
 
Ուշագրավ է, սակայն, ոչ միայն խորհրդարանից դուրս մնացած ուժերի քանակը, այլև բովանդակային կողմը, մանավանդ այդ ուժերի և խորհրդարանում հայտնվածների բովանդակությունը: Փաստացի խորհրդարանում այժմ հայտնված ուժերը դիրքավորվում են կամ լիբերալ կամ նեոլիբերալ: Խորհրդարանից դուրս մնացած ուժերից երեքն էլ, ընդհակառակը, ներկայանում են որպես ազգային կամ ազգայնական: Խոսքը ՀՀԿ–ի, ՀՅԴ–ի, «Սասնա ծռերի» մասին է: Միաժամանակ, արտախորհրդարանական ուժերից երկուսն էլ՝ ՀՅԴ–ն ու «Քաղաքացու որոշումը»՝ առավել սոցիալական պետության, պետության ուժեղ ձեռքի կողմնակիցներ են, ի հակառակ խորհրդարանում հայտնված ուժերի, որոնք առավելապես ազատ շուկայական մոդելի կողմնակիցներ են: 
 
Իհարկե, խոսքն այստեղ ոչ թե իրական գաղափարախոսությունների մասին է, այլ դիրքավորումների: Իրական գաղափարախոսություններ, որոնք կդառնային քաղաքական ուժերի գործելաոճի հիմնական թելադրող ուժը, չկան: Դա ակնհայտ երևում է, օրինակ, լիբերալ դիրքավորվող, բայց առաջին իսկ օրից խոշոր բիզնեսի քաղաքական ներկայացվածության դեմ պայքար հռչակած «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» դեպքում: Նմանօրինակ հակադրություններ շատ են նաև իշխող ուժի հայտարարություններում, երբ մի կողմից հռչակվում է ազատ շուկայական տնտեսություն, որտեղ իրենց ֆունկցիան, ըստ իրենց, միայն բյուջեն չթալանելն է, մյուս կողմից էլ պոտենցիալ ներդրողներին որպես երաշխիք ձևակերպվում է ԱԱԾ աշխատակցով ապահովելը: 
 
Մի խոսքով ակնհայտ է, որ առաջիկա ժամանակներում քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանում չի սահմանափակվելու բացառապես ԱԺ–ի պատերից ներս եղած ուժերով: Խորհրդարանից դուրս էլ կան հին ու նոր ուժեր, որոնց ազդեցությունը քաղաքական կյանքի վրա մեծանալու պոտենցիալ ունի:
