Երեկ պաշտոնապես մեկնարկեց նախընտրական քարոզարշավը: Ոչ պաշտոնապես այն մեկնարկել էր ավելի վաղ: Հետհեղափոխականությունից զատ, որը, բնականաբար, կրկնապատկում է քարոզարշավի բովանդակությունը, շարունակում է գործել ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգը, ինչը նշանակում է մոտ 1500 պատգամավորության թեկնածու: Այս հանգամանքն էլ իր հերթին նշանակում է 1500 ֆեյսբուքյան նորաբաց էջեր՝ «քաղաքական գործիչ» վերամբարձ նկարագրությամբ, 1500 կարգախոս, 1500 բուկլետ, 1500 «ծնվել եմ, ավարտել եմ, անդամագրվել եմ» բովանդակությամբ տեքստեր: 
 
Մեծ հաշվով, իհարկե, քարոզարշավը որևէ էական ազդեցություն չի կարող ունենալ ընտրության հիմնական արդյունքի վրա: Սովորաբար հետհեղափոխական ընտրություններում հաղթում է հեղափոխության թիմը՝ իշխանությունը: Որոշակի ինտրիգ կա խորհրդարան անցնող ուժերի և ընդդիմության դաշտում թիվ 1–ը լինելու շուրջ ծավալվող մրցակցության շուրջ: Այս իմաստով քարոզարշավը գուցե նշանակություն ստանա՝ կախված այն հանգամանքից, թե որ ուժն այս ընթացքում կկարողանա իր կողմը քաշել չկողմնորոշված էլեկտորատին: Իսկ չկողմնորոշված էլեկտորատը այս պահին սակավ է: Այս իմաստով ամենահեշտը իշխանության և ՀՀԿ–ի գործն է՝ երկուսի էլեկտորատն էլ, ըստ էության, պարզ է:
 
Ամեն դեպքում, քարոզարշավն ինքնին շատ կարևոր ազդակ է նրա, թե ինչպիսին է քաղաքական հաղորդակցության լեզուն, քաղաքականության բովանդակությունը: Հատկապես հիմա, երբ քարոզարշավի դերակատարությունը զրոյական է ընտրության հաղթողին որոշելու հարցում, իշխանություններն ունեն ռեալ շանս հասարակության հետ նոր որակի զրույցի բռնվելու, հետընտրական իրենց անելիքներն առավել հստակ ու առարկայական ներկայացնելու առումով: Թեպետ, վերջին հաշվով, մեծամասամբ առաջնային է լինելու «մեր տղեն ա» կամ «մեր աղջիկն ա» «քարոզչամիջոցը»:
