«Արժանապատիվ Ապագա» կուսակցությունը որոշում է կայացվել չմասնակցել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին:

Կուսակցության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ, մասնվորապես նշվում է.

«Համակարգային վերափոխումների հայտ ներկայացրած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին եւ իր քաղաքական թիմին պետք է  հնարավորություն տալ լիարժեք դրսեւորվելու եւ սեփական ծրագրերն իրագործելու համար: Այս քաղաքական թիմը վաստակել է երկրում իշխանություն ձեւավորելու եւ ամբողջական քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն կրելու իրավունքը,

Նշված պարագայում «Արժանապատիվ Ապագա» կուսակցությունը նպատակահարմար չի համարում իր ռեսուրսները վատնել՝ իշխանության համար պայքար մղելու ուղղությամբ: Մեզ համար այս փուլում նախընտրելի չէ նաեւ գործել ընդդիմադիր դաշտում, քանի որ կուսակցությունը միշտ հանդես է եկել արմատական վերափոխումների հրատապ անհրաժեշտության դիրքերից, ինչի հանձնառությունն այժմ վերցրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ իր քաղաքական թիմը,

Միեւնույն ժամանակ կուսակցությունը, հաշվի առնելով տասնամյակների ընթացքում կուտակած մասնագիտական փորձը, կարողությունները եւ հեղինակությունը, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում կիսվել իր փորձառությամբ եւ գիտելիքներով՝ իր կառուցողական ներուժը երկրի զարգացմանը ծառայեցնելով,

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, կուսակցությունը որեւէ կաշկանդվածություն չի ունենալու քննադատական դիրքերից հանդես գալու այն դեպքերում, երբ երկրի ղեկավարությունը կատարի մեր համոզմունքներին եւ տեսակետներին հակառակ քայլեր,

Արտախորհրդարանական ակտիվ գաղափարական գործունեությունն է լինելու մեր կուսակցության գործելաոճն առաջիկայում:

Համոզված ենք, որ երկրի կառավարման կարեւորագույն օղակները պետք է ղեկավարվեն արհեստավարժ մասնագետների կողմից: Քաղաքական լոյալությունը կամ կառավարող կուսակցական ուժին պատկանելությունը բավարար փաստարկներ չեն պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու համար:

Հետեւողական ենք լինելու, որ հետագայում նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի մեջ զետեղվի կետ, որով անհապաղ կերպով հետ կվերադարձվի 1991թ.-ից ի վեր՝ ապրուստի հնարավորություն ստեղծելու, ընտանիքի տարրական կարիքները հոգալու պատճառով երկիրը լքած մեր բոլոր քաղաքացիների ընտրության եւ ընտրվելու իրավունքը եւ հնարավորությունը։ Մենք մեծ կարեւորություն ենք տալիս Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների դերակատարությանը Հայաստան պետության ապագան կերտելու գործում:

Մեր քաղաքական գործունեության կարեւորագույն նպատակներից է նաեւ նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունումը՝ նախագահական համակարգի վերադարձով (նախագահի պաշտոնավարումը պետք է սահմանափակվի մեկ ժամկետով՝ 6-7 տարի տեւողությամբ, եւ պաշտոնը ստանձնելուն պես նա պետք է դառնա անկուսակցական):

Ազատություն, Սեր, Արժանապատվություն, Բարեկեցություն, Ստեղծարար կյանք եւ Երջանկություն բոլորին»:
