Վերջին տարիներին կեսարյան հատումների աճ է նկատվում

Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին՝ 2012 թվականից սկսած, կեսարյան հատումների թիվը հասել է 20-30 տոկոսի, ինչը մեր երկրի համար մեծ թիվ է:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ մայրական և վերարտադրողական առողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետ Գայանե Ավագյանը:

Ներկայացնելով վիճակագրական տվյալներ, թե Հայաստանում, Եվրոպայում և ԱՊՀ այլ երկրներում ինչպիսի ցուցանիշներ են, նա ասաց, որ Հայաստանում աճ է նկատվում:

«Հայաստանի ցուցանիշները մոտ են ԱՊՀ երկրերի տվյալներին, իսկ եվրոպական տարբեր երկրներում շատ ավելին է կեսարյան հատման ցուցանիշը: Լատինական Ամերիկայում՝ Մեքսիկայում, Բրազիլիայում, թվերը շատ բարձր են՝ մոտ 40-50 տոկոս: ԱՄՆ-ում նույնպես շատ բարձր ցուցանիշներ են»,- ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ մայրական և վերարտադրողական առողջության պահպանման բաժնի պետը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կեսարյան հատումներն իրականացվում են միայն բժշկական ցուցումներով:

«Եվրոպական մի շարք երկրներում կեսարյան հատումը կատարվում է կնոջ պահանջով և ցանկությամբ: Մեր երկրում, եթե կինն ուղղակի ցանկություն է հայտնում այդ ճանապարհով ծննդաբերել իր երեխային, առաջին հերթին բժիշկները փորձում են իմանալ դրդապատճառը: Եթե կինը վախենում է ցավերից, ապա նրա հետ խորհրդատվություն է իրականացվում ու ցանկության դեպքում լավ ցավազրկողների միջոցով նա ծննդաբերում է իր փոքրիկին բնական ճանապարհով, ինչը լավ է անդրադառնում և՛ մոր, և՛ երեխայի վրա»,- նշեց Ավագյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ կեսարյան հատման պահանջը բարձրացել է ամբողջ աշխարհում, սակայն դա էլ իր հերթին հանգեցրել է մայրական նեոնատալ և պերինատալ մահացության իջեցման:

«Կեսարյան հատման հիմնական պատճառը պտղի շահերից ելնելով պտղի կողմից ցուցումների լայնացումն է: Կեսարյան հատումներն արվում են բացարձակ և հարաբերական ցուցումներով: Բացարձակ են այն ցուցումները, որոնց դեպքում ծննդաբերությունը բնական ուղիներով կամ անհնար է, կամ սպառնում է կնոջ կյանքին: Հարաբերական ցուցումները լինում են մոր և պտղի կողմից: Այսինքն՝ այսօր շատ հաճախ կարող ենք տեսնել, որ մեծ տարիքում են կանայք առաջին երեխային ունենում: Մենք ունենում ենք հղիություններ և ծննդաբերություններ՝ վերարտադրողական օժանդակ տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումից հետո (էկո, արհեստական սերմնավորում): Այդ պարագայում կնոջ տարիքը ավելի մեծ է լինում և հաճախ բազմապտուղ հղիություններ են լինում, և այս դեպքում կեսարյան հատում է պահանջվում»,- նշեց Ավագյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ կեսարյան հատման դեպքեր լինում են նաև մոր կողմից: Այսինքն՝ նա ունենում է այնպիսի հիվանդություն կամ հիվանդություններ, որոնք հղիության հետ կապված չեն՝ շաքարային դիաբետ, երիկամային, սրտային, հիպերտոնիկ հիվանդություններ: Սրանք նույնպես պահանջում են կեսարյան հատում:
