Հակակարկտային կայանների օգտագործման լուրջ խնդիրներ կան. Վարչապետը հորդորեց բնակիչներին հետևել համայնքի ղեկավարների աշխատանքին
SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Արարատի մարզում արձանագրեց հակակարկտային կայանների ոչ ճիշտ օգտագործման խնդիրը: Վարչապետը հորդորեց բնակիչներին լրջորեն հետևել համայնքների ղեկավարների, համայնքապետարանների աշխատանքին, կանխել թալանը, կայաններն օգտագործել ճիշտ գազով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ վարչապետն այս մասին խոսեց Արարատի մարզ այցի ընթացքում:
«Զենիթ» տիպի հակակարկտային կայանների անարդյունավետության մասին շատ է խոսվում հենց տեղադրման ժամանակից սկսած: Այդ թեմայով կառավարությունում քննարկում ունեցանք, բոլորի եզրակացությունն այն էր, որ դրանք անարդյունավետ հակակարկտային կայաններ են: Սակայն Արագածոտնի մարզում «Արմաս» գինու գործարանի շուրջ հեկտարներով այգիներ կան: Շրջայցի ընթացքում տեսա, որ այդ կայաններից կան այնտեղ, հարցրեցի դրանց արդյունավետության մասին: Ասացին, որ դրանք տեղադրելուց ի վեր այգիներն ընդհանրապես չեն տուժել, նշեցին՝ պարզապես լիցքավորում են նորմալ գազով և աշխատեցնում նորմալ»,-ասաց վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Արարատի մարզի Սուրենավան համայնքում մայիսին տեղացած ուժեղ կարկուտին, Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ հետաքրքրվել է հակակարկտային կայանների տեղադրվածության մասին, հանձնարարել է ստուգել դրանք: Ստուգելուց հետո պարզվել է, որ դրանք պարզապես լիցքավորված չեն եղել:
Մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը նշեց՝ այդ համայնքում կա 4 հակակարկտային կայան, որոնցից 3-ը լիցքավորված են եղել, իսկ 4-րդը նախորդ տարվա պարտքերի և փոխանցում չանելու պատճառով լիցքավորված չի եղել: Ամբողջ կարկտային ամպն ուղղել են չորրորդի շրջանում, որի չաշխատելու պատճառով վնասվել է ծիրանի այգիները:
«Իմ եզրակացությունն այն է, որ մենք ոչ թե կայանների, այլ դրանք օգտագործելու խնդիր ունենք: Դրվում են այդ կայանները, չարաշահումներ են արվում, հետո ասում են, որ արդյունավետ չեն աշխատում, եկեք հրթիռ գնենք: Վաղը եթե հրթիռ գնենք, կասեն սա էլ չի աշխատում, մասերը կվաճառեն»,-նկատեց Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետը հետաքրքրվեց՝ հիմա Սուրենավան գյուղի ժողովուրդն ակնկալու՞մ է, որ կառավարությունը պետք է փոխհատուցում տա ու դիմեց համայնքի ղեկավարներին, պատասխանատուներին. «Չե՞ք կարծում, որ դուք պետք է փոխհատուցում տաք, քանի որ դուք չեք կատարել ձեր գործը նորմալ»:
ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ հակակարկտային կայանները նախատեսված են ացետիլենով աշխատելու համար, սակայն հիմնականում լիցքավորվում են պրոպանբութանային խառնուրդով։ Իսկ դա չի կարող իր բացասական ազդեցությունը չթողնել:
«Ես ուզում եմ մեր համայնքների բնակիչներին ասել, որ համայնքների ղեկավարների և համայնքապետարանների աշխատանքին հետևեն: Ո՞վ է ասել, որ պետք է թալանել կայանները, տեսածը չարձագանքել: Ամեն գյուղացի իր պատասխանատվության չափը պետք է զգա»,-հորդորեց վարչապետը։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ պետք է ուսումնասիրել, թե Արմավիրի մարզում գինու այդ գործարանի տարածքի այգիներում տեղադրված կայաններն ինչ գազով են լիցքավորվում, մյուսներում՝ ինչով, և հասկանալ, թե դրանք ինչու են մի տեղում արդյունավետ, մնացած տեղերում՝ ոչ, և գալ ընդհանուր եզրակացության:
