ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը հայտարարեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 21–ի միջոցառումներին հրավիրվելու են Հայաստանի երեք նախագահները: Մի կողմ թողնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ երեք նախագահներից մեկն այս պահին գտնվում է դատական գործընթացի մեջ, իսկ մյուսի հետ կապված էլ ակնհայտ կան բացասական տրամադրություններ նոր իշխանության կողմից, հայտարարությունն ինքնին ողջունելի է: Ի վերջո, Սեպտեմբերի 21–ը վերկուսակցական տոն է, ընթացիկ քաղաքական իրադարձություններից զերծ տոն, և տրամաբանական է այդ տոնին երեք նախագահներին հրավիրելը:
Հնչեցին նաև այլ հայտարարություններ՝ կապված սեպտեմբերի 21–ի տոնակատարության հետ, մասնավորապես նշվեց, որ, օրինակ, կլինի սելֆիի ժամ՝ քաղաքացիները կկարողանան սելֆի անել հայտնի մարդկանց հետ: Հայտարարությունը միանգամից ֆեյսբուքում դարձավ բուռն քննարկումների առիթ: Օգտատերերից շատերի կարծիքով անկախության տոնն ու սելֆիների ժամն անհամատեղելի են:Գուցե այդպես է, գուցե՝ ոչ: Բայց նման տեխնիկական սխալները հաստատ այն թերությունները չեն, որոնց համար արժե ջանասիրաբար քննադատել նոր իշխանություններին:
Այստեղ կարևոր է չսևեռվել առանձին դետալների վրա և փորձել հասկանալ ընդհանրապես Անկախության տոնի խորհուրդն ու այդ խորհուրդը կապիտալիզացնելու հարցում նոր իշխանության մոտեցումները: Այս իմաստով՝ երեք նախագահներին հրավերը շատ խորհրդանշական է ու շանս է տալիս տոնի տրամաբանությունը կառուցել նույն սկզբունքով՝ հինը չժխտելով ու նաև նորն ավելացնելով: Հնի ու նորի փոխհարաբերությունները միշտ են շատ ցավոտ, հատկապես, երբ կա հետհեղափոխական իրավիճակ, երբ նորը փորձում է հաղթել հնին ու զբաղեցնել նրա տեղը: Բայց նույնիսկ ամենաթունդ հեղափոխությունն էլ ժամանակային մեծ առանցքի մեջ բավական կարճ ընթացք ունի, եթե հաշվի առնենք նաև, որ որևէ հեղափոխություն չի կարող ապրել նույն ռիթմով և ինչ–որ պահից անցնում է ավելի խաղաղ ռիթմի:
Իհարկե, անհրաժեշտ են նորարարություններ, դրանք անհրաժեշտ են միշտ ու հատկապես հեղափոխական ժամանակներում: Բայց հնի լիակատար մերժումն ու ժխտումը, բացառապես նորարարությունների ծայրահեղականացված միտումները կարող են տանել լրիվ այլ տեղ, որտեղ նորը կլինի մենակ՝ առանց հիմքի, վակուումի մեջ:
