Երևանի ավագանու ՀՅԴ ցուցակը գլխավորող Միքայել Մանուկյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ իրենց նախընտրական ծրագրի կազմման համար աշխատել են մոտ 30 օր արհեստավարժ մասնագետներ տարբեր ոլորտներից և բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ կանաչապատում, տրանսպորտ, քաղաքաշինություն, համայնքային կառավարում: Նա նշեց, որ բոլոր ուղղություններով ունեն հաշվարկներ, քարոզարշավի ընթացքում ամեն օր մի ամբողջական ոլորտ են ներկայացնելու, և չկա այնպիսի ոլորտ, որ ներառված չէ իրենց ծրագրում:
«Կարևորը աշխատանքն ու գործն է, ես հավատացած եմ, որ ֆինանսական միջոցներ միշտ կարելի է հայթայթել թե՛ միջազգային կառույցների հետ արդյունավետ աշխատանքի արդյունքում, թե՛ սփյուռքի, համայն հայության ներուժի արդյունքում: Կարևորը աշխատանքն է, կամքը և ցանկությունը»,-ասաց նա:
Թեկնածուն ասաց, խոստում կա և ինքը հավատացած է, որ անցնելու են ազատ ու արդար ընտրություններ: «Մենք հավատացած ենք, որ հաղթելու ենք ընտրություններում»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ Դաշնակցության վարկանիշը բարձր է գնահատում:
«Երևանի խնդիրների լուծման ձևերը շատ անգամ կարող են նման լինել իրար, ընտրություններից հետո կհամադրենք բոլորի ծրագրերը, որտեղ խելացի բան լինի, հաղթանակից հետո կներառենք մեր ծրագրում: Ամեն քաղաքապետ իր հետևից թողել է իր հետքը՝ և՛ լավ իմաստով, և՛ վատ իմաստով: Տարոն Մարգարյանը էսթետիկ իմաստով բավականին գործ արել է»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե արդյոք ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի հետ համագործակցությունը չբացառելու հարցը չի՞ ազդելու ՀՅԴ-ի վարկանիշի վրա, Միքայել Մանուկյանն ասաց. «Դաշնակցությունը նոր չէ, որ պետք է ներկայանա ժողովրդին, երևանցուն, Դաշնակցությունը 128 տարվա պատմություն ունի և մեկ անգամ ամաչելու տեղ չունի՝ վերջին գործընթացներում ևս»:
