Այն, ինչ կատարվում է Վերին Լարսում, չունի քաղաքական ենթատեքստ. տրանսպորտի փոխնախարար

Ինչպես և մեկ ամիս առաջ, Վերին Լարսում բեռնատար ու մարդատար մեքենաների այժմյան կուտակումները չունեն քաղաքական ենթատեքստ և պայմանավորված են զբոսաշրջային սեզոնով:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների փոխնախարար Արմեն Փամբուկչյանը:
«Վստահեցնում եմ, որ թե՛ ռուսական, թե՛ վրացական կողմի դեպքում չկա որևէ խնդիր, քանի որ մենք մեր միջոցներով ևս փորձել ենք հասկանալ՝ արդյո՞ք կարող է լինել նման բանի հավանականություն, և կարելի է ասել, որ դա բացառվում է »,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Նա կրկնեց, որ այս անգամ ևս Վերին Լարսում մեքենաների կուտակումները պայմանավորված են տուրիստական սեզոնի հետ. հերթում գտնվում են տարբեր երկրների քաղաքացիներ՝ հիմնականում Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներ, որոնց մի մասը մեկնում է Բաթում հանգստանալու:
Նշենք, որ երեկվա դրությամբ փոխնախարարն իր ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման մեջ նշել էր, որ Լարսի անցակետում կա որոշակի փոփոխություն՝ «դեպի դրականը»: Այսինքն՝ ռուսական հատվածում հերթը նվազել էր՝ բեռնատարների մասով կազմելով 4 կմ, մարդատարների մասով՝ 7-8 կմ, իսկ ավելի վաղ ռուսական կողմից հերթի երկարությունը 9-10 կմ էր (որից 5 կմ՝ բեռնատար), իսկ վրացական մասից՝ մոտ 200 բեռնատար:
ՏՏ փոխնախարար Արմեն Փամբուկչյանը նշեց, որ Լարսին այլընտրանքների մասով ներկա պահին ունեն մի քանի ծրագրեր, բայց դրանք հիմա չի մեկնաբանում, քանի որ կախված չեն միայն հայկական կողմից, այլ՝ միջազգային գործընկերներից:
«Որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ կան: Չնայած վարչապետը լրագրողների հետ իր հարցազրույցում նշեց Հարավային Օսիայով այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը, բայց դա վերաբերում է միայն բեռնատարներին, իսկ մարդատարների մասով էլի խնդիր կունենանք: Բայց, մյուս կողմից, բեռնատարների թողունակությունն ավելի երկար է տևում և փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունը, պրոցեդուրան ավելի երկար է տևում, բայց դրանից տուժում է մարդատարը: Բայց, ամեն դեպքում, համեմատաբար էապես կփոխվի»,-ասաց տրանսպորտի փոխնախարարը:
«Վերջապես ե՞րբ դա պետք է լինի, ի վերջո, նախկին իշխանությունները ևս խոսում էին Լարսին այլընտրանքի մասին»: Այս հարցին ի պատասխան՝ նախարարության պաշտոնյան ասաց, որ ժամկետ չի կարող նշել, սակայն կարող է ասել, որ խնդիրն ակտիվ քննարկվում է, և այն օրակարգային է:
«Մենք հիմա դիտարկում ենք բեռնափոխադրողների այլ ճանապարհ , որից մասին ևս զերծ կմնամ փակագծեր բացելուց, բայց շուտով կլինի որոշակի հրապարակայնություն»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը: Խոսքը ոչ միայն ցամաքային, այլև ծովային ճանապարհի մասին է:
