Դասերին չհաճախող ուսանողներ և աշակերտներ այլևս չենք ունենալու. ԿԳ նախարար

 Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը աշակերտներին ու ուսանողներին կոչ է անում սեպտեմբերից նորմալ հաճախել ուսումնական հաստատություններ: Այս մասին հուլիսի 23-ին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է նախարարը: Պատճառը ուսանողների կողմից ստացված բողոքներն են, ովքեր նշում են, որ ավարտական քննության ժամանակ անբավարար գնահատականներ են ստանում:

«Մի կողմից՝ ճիշտ է, որ եթե ուսանողը անբավարար է պատասխանում, պետք է անբավարար գնահատական ստանա: Այստեղ երկրորդ կարծիք չի կարող լինել: Բայց սրա հետ մեկտեղ ուսանողները մի խնդիր են առաջ քաշում, որի հարցում նույնպես իրավացի են. ասում են` 4 տարի մեզ հասցրել են վերջին կուրս, և հանկարծ խստություն են անում և դիպլոմ չեն տալիս: Այստեղ հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչպես են այդ ուսանողները հասել մինչև ավարտական կուրս»,- նշեց է նախարարը:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանն այս խնդրի լուծումը տեսնում է հաճախումների և ուսումնական հաստատության ղեկավարների գործելաոճի մեջ:

«Մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ հատկապես ավագ դպրոցում ու ուսումնարաններում կան չհաճախող ուսանողներ և աշակերտներ: Ստացվում է, որ նրանք չեն հաճախում, պետությունը նրանց յուրաքանչյուրի հաշվով գումար է փոխանցում տվյալ հաստատությանը, ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարները այդ աշակերտներին և ուսանողներին պահում են, որովհետև իրենց ուսումնական հաստատությունները դրանից եկամուտ են ստանում, և այսպես արատավոր համաձայնություն է լինում, երբ ուսանողը չի սովորում ու գիտելիք ստանում, դրա հետ մեկտեղ պետությունը չմատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց գումար է տալիս»,- ասաց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարը բոլոր ուսանողներին և աշակերտներին կոչ է անում սեպտեմբերից պարտաճանաչորեն հաճախել ուսումնական հաստատություններ ու սովորել և զգուշացնում, որ նախարարությունն այս հարցում հետևողական է լինելու: Ավագ դպրոցների և ուսումնարանների ավարտական դասարանի աշակերտներին էլ հորդորում է անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կրկնուսույցների մոտ գնալ դասերից հետո:

«Այլևս նման պրակտիկայի պետք է չգնալ, և սեպտեմբերից հաճախել համալսարան ու սովորել, որովհետև մենք խստագույնս վերահսկելու ենք հաճախումները, հետևաբար տեսնելու ենք, թե ինչ ծառայություն են մատուցում ուսումնական հաստատությունները, արդյոք արդարացվա՞ծ են տրված այդ ատեստատներն ու դիպլոմները, որոնք տրամադրում են տվյալ ուսումնական հաստատությունները: Ավագ դպրոցի հատկապես վերջին տարում աշակերտները չեն հաճախում` համաձայնության գալով իրենց տնօրենների հետ, որպեսզի պարապեն այդ ընթացքում կրկնուսույցի մոտ: Կարծում եմ, որ պատշաճ կերպով դասերի հաճախելը դպրոցում և սովորելը թույլ կտան լավ արդյունքներ գրանցել ավարտական և ընդունելության քննությունների ժամանակ»,- նշեց Հարությունյանը:

Կրթության և գիտության նախարարը ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի վերջում խոստացավ հաջորդ անգամ խոսել Երևանի չինական դպրոցի մասին:
