Նապոլեոն Բոնապարտի անհայտ խայտառակությունը
SOCIETYՆապոլեոնի ամենաստորացուցիչ և ջախջախիչ պարտությունը եղել է Վաթեռլոոյի ճակատամարտում։ Այդ ճակատամարտում նա կորցրել է 32000 զինվոր, և վերջակետ է դրվել Նապոլեոնի կայսրությանը։
Իրականում համարվում է, որ Նապոլեոն Բոնապարտը ունեցել է ևս մի ստորացուցիչ պարտություն, որը պատմության մեջ է մտել «ճագարների ճակատամարտ» անունով։
1807 թվականին կնքվել էր Տիլզիտի պայմանագիրը (պայմանագրով որոշվում էին Ֆրանսիայի, Պրուսիայի և Ռուսաստանի սահմանները), և Նապոլեոնի տրամադրությունը բարձր էր։ Որոշելով նշել այդ պայմանագրի կնքումը՝ նա առաջարկում է իր շքախմբին զբաղվել հետճաշյա նապաստակաորսով։ Նապաստակների որս կազմակերպելու մեծ պատիվը տրվում է շտաբի պետ Ալեքսանդր Բարտեին։ Վերջինս այդ նպատակով գնում է մի քանի հազար ճագար։ Ճակատամարտերում կոփված, ռազմական ստրատեգ Բարտեն չգիտեր, որ որսի համար պետք են վայրի նապաստակներ. նա գնել էր ընտանի ճագարներ։ Եվ ահա կեսօրին սկսվում է որսը։ Ավելի ճիշտ, դաշտում բաց են թողնում ճագարներին, որ նրանք փախչեն, իսկ շքախումբը որսա։ Երևի թե (հաշվի առնելով Նապոլեոնի մեծ ժողովրդականությունը) ճագարներին կերակրողը ևս կրելիս է եղել եռանկյունի գլխարկ, իսկ ճագարները սոված էին և փախչելու փոխարեն մեծ արագությամբ և ամբողջ խմբով նետվում են դեպի Նապոլեոն Բոնապարտը՝ կեր ստանալու համար։ Անգամ ծառաների մտրակները չէին կարողանում սոված ճագարներին հեռացնել Նապոլեոնից։ Խեղճը ստիպված փախուստի է դիմում՝ ձեռքերով և ոտքերով իրենից հեռու քշելով սոված ճագարներին, և մի կերպ իրեն գցում կառքը։ Այդ ստորացումից դառնացած և տրամադրությունը գցած Նապոլեոնը խայտառակած հեռանում է «մարտադաշտից»։
