POLITICSՀՀ կառավարությանը ենթակա սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավետիսյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի միջազգային ծրագրերի բաժնի պետ Լիլիթ Ափուջանյանին և Ճապոնիայից ժամանած սննդամթերքի անվտանգության խորհրդատու Շինթա Նիշինոյին: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ճապոնացի հյուրին ներկայացվել են Տեսչական մարմնի գործառույթները և սննդամթերքի անվտանգության վերահսկման մեխանիզմներն՝ այս ենթատեքստում նաև փոքր և միջին ձենարկություններին ներկայացվող պահանջները:
Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը շեշտել է փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսին հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով՝ խորհրդատվությամբ, հանդիպումների ու սեմինարների կազմակերպմամբ, աջակցելու պատրաստակամությունը: Նա մասնավորեցրել է Վտանգի վերլուծության և հսկման կրիտիկական կետերի՝ HACCP, համակարգի ներդման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նշելով, որ շատ ավելի հեշտ և նպատակահարմար է կանխել ռիսկերը, վերացնել դրանք կամ հասցնել նվազագույնի հենց արտադրության գործընթացում, քան՝ վերահսկողական գործողությունների միջոցով:
Պարոն Նիշինոն ներկայացրել է ճապոնական փորձն այս ոլորտում, նաև տեղեկացրել, որHACCP համակարգի ամբողջական ներդրումը Ճապոնիայում նախատեսվում է ավարտել մինչև 2020 թվականը: Նա նշել է, որ 36 ոլորտների համար մշակվում են առանձին ձեռնարկներ, որոնք ներառում են բոլոր ձևաթղթերն ու մատյանների օրինակները: Այս առումով մեծ նշանակություն է տրվում տնտեսվարողների համար թրեյնինգների կազմակերպմանը:
Թե Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչ Լիլիթ Ափուջանյանը, թե Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետները շեշտել են ավելի սերտ համագործակցելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Երկուստեք կարևորվել է տնտեսվարողների գիտելիքների և կարողությունների ավելացման համար ջանքերի մեկտեղումը, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել առաջիկայում կազմակերպել թրեյնինգներ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատերերի, հատկապես՝ նոր բիզնեսի մեկնարկման ծրագրեր ունեցողների համար: Տնտեսվարողները կարիք ունեն ամենալայն տեղեկատվության՝ բիզնես սկսելու համար անհրաժեշտ ամենաառաջնային քայլերից սկսած մինչև HACCP համակարգերի ներդրման մանրամասները:
