Ո՞ւմ վրիպակի արդյունքում է մարզպետը «դարձել» բազմաբնակարան շենքի «սեփականատեր». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին «Փաստ» օրաթերթը հրապարակել էր ՀՀ Կոտայքի նորանշանակ մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած 2018թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագրի տվյալները, ուր մասնավորաբար նշված էր, որ նա հայտարարագրել է բազմաբնակարան շենք ու հողամաս: 

Երեկ առավոտյան մարզպետի օգնականը զանգահարել էր խմբագրություն ու իր «իշխանության բարձունքներից» պահանջում էր հերքել մարզպետի՝ բազմաբնակարան շենք ունենալու փաստը: Երբ հոխորտացող օգնականին «սիրո ու հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտում» բացատրեցինք, որ տվյալները վերցված են պաշտոնական աղբյուրից, այն է՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կայքէջից, նա միայն այդ ժամանակ խոստացավ... ճշտել: Ընդ որում՝ «ոչ միայն դա»: Ճշտելուց հետո «Փաստ» թերթին ուղարկեցին պարզաբանման տեքստ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև՝ առանց խմբագրման կամ սրբագրման իրավունք վերապահելու. 

«ՀՀ Կոտայքի նորանշանակ մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի «Պաշտոնատար անձի պաշտոը ստանձնելու հայտարարագրի» բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի գույքը բաժնի 1.1 կետի «Անշարժ գույքի տեսակը» սյունակում տեխնիկական վրիպակի պատճառով՝ «Բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքը` մեկից ավելի բնակարաններ, ոչ բնակելի և ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածքներ ունեցող շինությունը.» փոխարեն պետք է լիներ «Բնակարանը` բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքում ֆիզիկական անձանց բնակության համար նախատեսված, իրավունքների պետական գրանցումն իրականացնող լիազոր մարմնում առանձին ծածկագրով գրանցված և համարակալված տարածքը,»: Վրիպակը ուղղվել է: Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթկայի հանձնաժողովը կհրապարակի հայտարարագրի ուղղված տարբերակը»:

Ահա և ամբողջ պատմությունը: Միայն թե նոր պաշտոնյաները ճիշտ կանեն երկու հանգամանք աչքի առջև ունենան: Մինչ որևէ լրատվամիջոցի ներկայացուցչի վրա «հոխորտալը» լավ կլինի ճշտեն իրականությունը, ըստ այդմ՝ տարբերակեն հերքման պարտադիրությունն ու պարզաբանման պատրաստակամությունը, քանի որ այս պարզաբանումը որևէ կերպ պարտավոր չէինք հրապարակել. վրիպակը եղել է կա՛մ տվյալը հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած անձի, կա՛մ հանձնաժողովի աշխատակցի կողմից: Եվ երկրորդ՝ լրատվամիջոցների հետ իրենց իշխանական «անհասանելի բարձունքներից» խոսելը լավագույն ճանապարհը չէ: Սա՝ իմիջիայլոց, որովհետև նման բաներն իմանալը հաստատ չի խանգարի ոչ մեկին:
