ՀՔԾ պետը մանրամասներ է ներկայացնում Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, Մանվել Գրիգորյանի, Մարտի 1-ի գործերի վերաբերյալ
SOCIETYՀատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը դեռ չի շտապում ասել Նազիկ Ամիրյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն կլինի, թե ոչ: Կառավարության նիստից առաջ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ առայժմ այդ մասին տեղեկություն չի կարող հաղորդել:
«Նազիկ Ամիրյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն կլինի, թե ոչ, այս պահին հստակ չեմ կարող ասել: Դեռևս նա կասկածյալի կարգավիճակում է, եկեք առաջ չընկենք, 72 ժամվա ընթացքում ամեն ինչ պարզ կլինի, դուք այդ մասին կիրազեկվեք»,-ասաց Սասուն Խաչատրյանը:
Լրագրողները նկատեցին, որ ըստ ՀՔԾ հայտարարության, Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կինը՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանը, ձերբակալվել է զենք և ռազմամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով, և գործում չի խոսվել պահածոները մեքենաներով տեղափոխելու մասին:
«Եթե նախաքննությունը բավարար ապացույցներ ունենար, ապա ձերբակալման հիմքում նաև դա կնշվեր, պետք է լինի ապացույցների բավարար համակցություն: Այս պահին նախաքննական մարմինն այդպես է գնահատել»,-ասաց Սասուն Խաչատրյանը՝ նշելով, որ Նազիկ Ամիրյանն ինքն է եկել ներկայացել:
Նազիկ Ամիրյանը հունիսի 27-ին ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի կասկածանքով (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը):
Լրագրողները հետաքրքրվեցին, թե արդյոք Մանվել Գրիգորյանի գործը հնարավոր է երկամսյա ժամկետում ավարտել, Սասուն խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ չի կարծում, որովհետև բավական մեծածավալ գործ է, մեծ ծավալի քննչական գործողություններ կան կատարելու, երկու ամսում չեն հասցնի:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կալանավորված է. նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ պահելու համար, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար:
ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչները հարցեր ուղղեցին նաև Մարտի 1-ի գործի հետ կապված: Արդյոք ՀՔԾ-ն ունի բավարար կամք գործը բացահայտելու, և ինչ տեղեկություններ կան գործի առնչությամբ: Հարցին ի պատասխան Սասուն Խաչատրյանը նշեց. «Մարտի 1-ի գործի հետ կապված այն ծավալով, որ այդ տեղեկատվությունը չի վնասի գործի շահերին, անձանց անմեղության կանխավարկածին, կդրվի մեր պաշտոնական կայքում: ՀՔԾ-ն քաղաքական կամք ունի այդ գործը բացահայտելու, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ անձանց հետ է կապված: Մենք որևէ կաշկանդվածություն չունենք»:
