«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս տարի ավելացել է այլ երկրներից դեպի Հայաստան ուղարկվող մարդասիրական օգնությունը: Դեռևս առկա են այս տարվա միայն հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսներին կատարված փոխանցումները, բայց պատկերը շատ հստակ է՝ 2017 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ ավելացել է թե՛ օգնության ծավալը և թե արժեքը, այն էլ՝ ավելի քան երկու անգամ:

Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքի՝ Հայաստանի 2018 թ. հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսների սոցիալ–տնտեսական վիճակը բնութագրող հրապարակումից տեղեկանում ենք, որ տարվա առաջին երեք ամիսներին աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերից Հայաստան է ուղարկվել ավելի քան 920 տոննա կամ 15 միլիարդ 269 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամի օգնություն: Մինչդեռ մեկ տարի առաջ նույն ժամանակահատվածում մեր երկրին ուղարկված օգնությունը կազմել է 568 տոննա կամ 7 միլիարդ 342 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամ:

Իսկ ինչի՞ հաշվին է տեղի ունեցել «նվիրաբերությունների» այս կտրուկ ավելացումը: Վիճակագրությունից տեսնում ենք, թե որ ապրանքների ծավալն է աճել: Այսպես, 159 անգամ ավելացել է քիմիայի և դրա հետ կապված արդյունաբերության ճյուղերի, 99–ն անգամ բուսական ծագման և մոտ 28 անգամ կենդանիների և կենդանական ծագման արտադրանքը:

Հումանիտար օգնության չափն ավելացել է նաև Ուկրաինայի՝ այս տարի ուղարկված օգնության հաշվին: Եթե 2017 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում այս երկրից դեռ ոչինչ չէր ուղարկվում Հայաստան, ապա արդեն այս տարի օգնության չափը կազմել է 25 հազար 600 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Միաժամանակ ավելացել է Միացյալ Նահանգներից, Շվեյցարիայից, Հնդկաստանից ու Չինաստանից ուղարկվող օգնությունը: Ամենից շատ իր՝ Հայաստան ուղարկվող օգնության ծավալներն է ավելացրել ԱՄՆ–ն, այն է՝ 9,3 անգամ: Եթե 2017 թ. վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում մայրցամաքից մեզ ուղարկված օգնությունը կազմել էր 1 միլիոն 901 հազար դոլար, ապա արդեն այս տարի՝ 17 միլիոն 677 հազար դոլար: 2,7 անգամ էլ աճել է Հնդկաստանից ուղարկվող հումանիտար օգնությունը՝ 561 հազարից դառնալով 1 միլիոն 521 հազար դոլար: 

Մի փոքր նվազել է Ճապոնիայից ուղարկվող օգնությունը: Եթե նախորդ տարի այն կազմել է 33 հազար, ապա այս տարի՝ 25 հազար 700 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նվազել է նաև ԵՄ երկրներից ուղարկվող օգնությունը, այն էլ՝ ավելի քան երկու անգամ: Ըստ 2017 թ. վիճակագրության՝ հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսներին ԵՄ երկրներից Հայաստանին ուղարկվող օգնությունը կազմել էր 3 միլիոն 565 հազար 400 դոլար, իսկ 2018 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում՝ 1 միլիոն 788 հազար:

Մասնավորապես, կտրուկ նվազել է Գերմանիայից և Միացյալ Թագավորությունից Հայաստանին ուղարկվող օգնությունը: Այսպես, Գերմանիայից Հայաստանին ուղարկվող օգնությունը 2017 թ. հունվար–ապրիլ ամիսներին կազմել էր 1 միլիոն 626 հազար դոլար, իսկ այս տարի՝ 318 հազար 700, իսկ Բրիտանիայինը 395 հազար 500 դոլարից դարձել է 139 հազար 600: ԵՄ երկրներից օգնության չափերն ավելացրել են միայն Նիդերլանդներն ու Ֆրանսիան: Նիդերլանդները նախորդ տարվա 166 հազարի փոխարեն այս տարի փոխանցել է 193 հազար դոլարի օգնություն, իսկ Ֆրանսիան՝ 309 հազարի փոխարեն 458 հազար դոլար:
