Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի փոքր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչությունը չգրանցված աշխատողներ է բացահայտել հանրային սննդի ոլորտում գործող տնտեսվարողների մոտ: «ՆԻԿՎԻՆ» ՍՊԸ-ն Կոտայքի մարզի Արամուս գյուղի մերձակայքում իրականացնում է միաժամանակ 2 գործունեություն` հանրային սննդի և տաքսի ծառայության մատուցում: Արտոնագրային հարկ վճարող համարվելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունում ընկերությունը նշել է 215մ2 մակերեսով սպասարկման տարածք և 8-9 մեքենա, սակայն 2018թ. մայիսին հայտարարագրել է վարձու աշխատողների ակնհայտ քիչ թվաքանակ` ընդամենը 23 հոգի: «Տնտեսվարողը 17 վարձու աշխատողի հետ չի կնքել պայմանագիր և հարկային մարմին նախապես չի ներկայացրել գրանցման հայտ, ինչը նախատեսված է ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի 156-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ կետով»,-նշել է ՊԵԿ փոքր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության ստուգումների 5-րդ բաժնի պետ Գեղամ Սարմազյանը` հավելելով, որ ռիսկերի վերլուծության համակարգով վերհանված տվյալների հավաստիության հաստատումից հետո տնտեսվարողի մոտ իրականացվել է թեմատիկ ստուգում և առաջադրվել տուգանք` 10 մլն 200 հազար դրամ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Չգրանցված վարձու աշխատողների առկայության ռիսկը հիմնավորվել է նաև Երևանի Աբովյան 8 հասցեում հանրային սննդի գործունեությամբ զբաղվող «ԷՓՐԻՔՈԹ ՓՐՈՋԵՔԹ» ՍՊԸ-ի  պարագայում: Ընկերությանը պատկանող «Ոստան» ռեստորանային համալիրում ստուգումների 15-րդ բաժնի իրականացրած ստուգման ժամանակ կազմակերպությունում փաստացի աշխատում էին 36 վարձու աշխատակից, սակայն ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով` հայտեր ներկայացված էին ընդամենը 8 հոգու համար, 28-ի պարագայում հայտերը բացակայում էին: Այսպիսով` ընկերությանը լրացուցիչ պետական բյուջե վճարման ենթակա գումար է առաջադրվել 16 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամ»,-հայտնել է ՊԵԿ փոքր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության ստուգումների 15-րդ բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Սարգիսյանը:

Փոքր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության ստուգումների 9-րդ բաժինը Արարատի մարզի Դիտակ համայնքում հանրային սննդի օբյեկտ հանդիսացող «Հրաշք այգի» ՍՊԸ-ում իրականացրած ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերել և արձանագրել է 31 չգրանցված վարձու աշխատող: «Դա նախատեսում է տուգանք 18 միլիոն 600 հազար դրամի չափով, իսկ արձանագրված ՀԴՄ շահագործման կանոնների խախտումը նախատեսում է տուգանք` 150 հազար դրամի չափով: Ընդհանուր տուգանքը կկազմի 18 մլն 750 հազար դրամ»,-տեղեկացրել է ՊԵԿ փոքր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչություն-վարչության ստուգումների 9-րդ բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Առաքելյանը:

Ստուգումները դեռ շարունակվում են. վերջնական արդյունքները կամփոփվեն ստուգման ավարտից հետո ստուգման ակտում:
