ՊԵԿ-ը Երևանում կեղծ կոնյակի խոշոր խմբաքանակ է հայտնաբերել

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հսկողական միջոցառումների շրջանակում օրերս Երևանում կանխվել է կեղծ կոնյակի իրացման հերթական փորձը: Մասնավորապես, օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչություն տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ քաղաքացի Սերգեյ Դանիելյանը զբաղվում է անհայտ ծագման ալկոհոլային կեղծ խմիչքների  շշալցմամբ և իրացմամբ: 

Այս մասին հայտնում են Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնիվ:

Ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները իրացնելու և խախտումները բացահայտելու նպատակով ՕՀՎ աշխատակիցների կողմից Ս. Դանիելյանին տրվել է այդ ապրանքների մատակարարման նախնական պատվեր: Հետագայում՝ հենց մատակարարման պահին էլ հայտնաբերվել է կոնյակի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող հայտնի գործարաններից մեկի թողարկած ապրանքանիշերի կեղծված՝  շշալցված, արտաքնապես կոնյակի նմանվող անհայտ ծագման ալկոհոլային խմիչքի խոշոր խմբաքանակ: Դրանց ձեռքբերման աղբյուրները և մասնակից անձանց բացահայտելու նպատակով ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում Երևանի Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտայի թիվ 16Ա հասցեում գտնվող վաճառասրահում ևս հայտնաբերվել են հանրահայտ տարբեր ապրանքանիշերի կեղծ ալկոհոլային խմիչքի խոշոր խմբաքանակներ, ինչպես նաև դրանց պատրաստման համար անհրաժեշտ հումք, նյութեր, այլ պարագաներ: Պարզվել է նաև, որ նշված հասցեում, բացի անհատ ձեռնարկատեր հանդիսացող Սերգեյ Դանիելյանից, նույնանման գործունեություն են իրականացնում նաև անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր Գոհար և Սիրուն Մուրադյանները: Նրանք խոստովանել և բացատրություն են տվել, որ նախապես տեղյակ են եղել արտադրանքի կեղծ լինելու մասին:

Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների ընթացքում կազմվել են համապատասխան արձանագրություններ: Նախապատրաստված նյութերով, ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 57-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հիման վրա, ՊԵԿ  իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հետազոտման համար վերցվել նմուշներ` փորձաքննության ուղարկելու նպատակով: Պարզվել է, որ օրինախախտ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի գործողություններում առկա են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 207-րդ (կեղծ գինի կամ օղի կամ ալկոհոլային կեղծ այլ խմիչք իրացման նպատակով պատրաստելը կամ իրացնելը),  209-րդ (ակցիզային դրոշմանիշեր և (կամ) դրոշմապիտակներ օտարելը կամ ապօրինի ձեռք բերված ակցիզային դրոշմանիշերով և (կամ) դրոշմապիտակներով ապրանքներ դրոշմավորելը)  հոդվածների հատկանիշներ:
