«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին տարիների կտրվածքով մայրաքաղաքի յուրաքանչյուր 3–րդ բնակիչ դժվար թե առնչված չլինի այնպիսի «բարեգործական» ակցիաների հետ, որոնք, մասնավորապես, կատարվում են ֆիքսված հեռախոսահամարներին զանգահարելու միջոցով: Զանգահարում են քաղաքացիներին՝ առաջարկելով որոշակի գումար փոխանցել: Որպես կանոն՝ նման ակցիաները կազմակերպվում են առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաներին օգնելու համար: Զերծ մնալով վերոնշյալ դեպքերին որևէ գնահատական տալուց, ամեն դեպքում, չենք կարող չնշել հետևյալը. յուրաքանչյուր գիտակից քաղաքացու մտքում առաջանում է հարց՝ գումարները, այնուամենայնիվ, ծառայո՞ւմ են նպատակին, թե գնում որոշ անձանց գրպանները: Հարցն ավելի խոցելի է, երբ խոսքը երեխային օգնելու մասին է: Անգամ, եթե նշված հարցը տանջի ձեզ՝ շատերդ առաջինը կմտածեք երեխային օգնելու մասին: 

Մոտավորապես նման զանգ է ստացել «Փաստ»–ին դիմած քաղաքացին: Նրա դեպքում, սակայն, դժվար է ասել, որ գումար փոխանցելու առաջարկ են արել: Մեզ ահազանգած քաղաքացին նախ նշեց, որ իրեն զանգահարող կինը որևէ կազմակերպության կողմից չի ներկայացել: «Սկզբում ինձ զանգահարող կինը ասաց՝ խնդրում ենք օգնեք երևանյան հիվանդություն ունեցող երեխայի, որին այս պահին վիրահատում են: Եթե կարող եք օգնել՝ երկու օրվա ընթացքում ձեզ կմոտենան, ցույց կտան բոլոր համապատասխան փաստաթղթերը»,–պատմեց քաղաքացին՝ ընդգծելով, որ պահանջվող գումարը 700 դրամ է եղել: Այդ տեքստից հետո քաղաքացին հետաքրքրվել է՝ երեխային օգնելու համար որպես կանոն հաշվեհամար է բացվում, հաշվեհամար չկա՞, որ գումարը պետք է առձեռն փոխանցեն: Քաղաքացին ստացել է հետևյալ պատասխանը. «Որ ունի՝ ինչ, ոչ ոք չի օգնում»: Նման պատասխանից հետո զանգահարող կինը անցել է կոռեկտության սահմաններն ու հասել «մուննաթ»–ի դաշտ: Ձայնը բարձրացնելով քաղաքացու վրա՝ ասել է՝ «լավ, դուք «գլամուռային» եք, մեկա չեք օգնելու», ու դրել է լսափողը:

Ինչևէ, զանգահարող կնոջ տրամաբանությունը միգուցե ուղիղ համեմատական է իր հետևում կանգնածների մտքի թռիչքներին: Միգուցե չե՞ն հասկացել, որ վաղուց քաղաքացիներից շատերը կարողանում են դրամաշորթությունը տարբերել բարեգործությունից կամ գոնե փորձում են հասկանալ՝ դրամաշորթների՞, թե՞, այնուամենայնիվ, իրական ու ազնիվ բարեգործական նպատակի հետ գործ ունեն: Հաշվի առնելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը ու չբացառելով, որ նպատակն իսկապես կարող է ազնիվ լինել, ակնկալում ենք, որ հարցն, այնուամենայնիվ, անարձագանք չի մնա համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից: Խնդիրը ոչ թե մեկ կամ երկու քաղաքացու է վերաբերում, այլ ավելի լայն շերտերի: Կասկածելի տեքստով, կասկածելի պատասխաններով քաղաքացիներից փորձում են գումար գանձել, անցնում կոռեկտության սահմաններն ու մարդկանց գցում ոչ հաճելի իրավիճակի մեջ: Հավելենք, որ մեզ դիմած քաղաքացին ֆիքսել է զանգահարելու օրն ու մոտավոր ժամը:
