2017թ. ՀՀ-ում գործել է 8 մանկատուն, որից 6-ը` պետական (2-ը` ք. Երևանում, 1-ական` ՀՀ Արարատի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու և Շիրակի մարզերում), 2-ը` ոչ պետական (1-ական` ք.Երևանում և ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզում): Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակումից։

Մանկատների զբաղեցրած ընդհանուր մակերեսը կազմել է 20 հազար 541,3 քառ. մ, որի 77.8%-ը՝ 15 հազար 972,4 քառ. մետր, բաժին է ընկել պետական մանկատներին: Մանկատներն ունեցել են շենքերին կից կամ ամրակցված այլ տարածքներ, որոնց մակերեսը կազմել է 7 հազար 973,6 քառ. մետր, որի 79%-ը՝ 6 հազար 298 քառ. մետր, բաժին է ընկել պետական մանկատներին:

Մանկատների շենքերից 6-ը եղել են տիպային, իսկ երկուսը՝ տիպային, հարմարեցվածներն ու տիպայինից չորսը եղել են պետական։

Մանկատներից հինգի շենքային պայմանները համարվում են բավարար, երկուսում պահանջվում է ընթացիկ, իսկ մեկում՝ հիմնական վերանորոգում։ Ջրամատակարարումը այս հաստատությունների մեծ մասում խնդիր չունի, 7-ը ապահովված է շուրջօրյա ջրամատակարարմամբ, իսկ մեկում այն գործում է ըստ ժամանակացույցի։ Ջերմակատարարումը ի տարբերություն ջրամատակարարման դեռևս բացեր ունի։ Մասնավորապես մանկատներից 2-ում է միայն գործում կենտրոնացված ջերմատակարարում, հինգում այն անհատական է, իսկ մեկում էլ նշված է պարզապես այլ։ Հստակ նշված չէ, թե այդ շենքում ինչպես է կատարվում տաքացումը ձմռան ամիսներին։

Նշված ութ մանկատները միասին վերցրած ունեն 62 առանձնասենյակ, 73 խաղասենյակ, 32 հյուրասենյակ, 160 ննջասենյակ, 6 սպորտդահլիճ, 67 հարդասենյակ, 14 ճաշարան, 13 բուժսենյակ, 5 մեկուսարան, 6 գրադարան, 5 արհեստանոց և այլն։

Պետական և ոչ պետական մանկատների շենքերը նախատեսված են եղել, համապատասխանաբար` 735 և 223 երեխայի համար:

Երեխաների թվաքանակը մանկատներում 2017թ․ սկզբին կազմել է 811 երեխա, որից 367 եղել են աղջիկներ։ Սրանից մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխաների թիվը կազմել է 24, 1-6 տարեկանների թիվը կազմել է 178, 7-9 տարեկաններինը՝ 159, 10-15 տարեկաններինը՝ 215 և 16-18 տարեկաններինը՝ 235։ Նշված 811 մանկատան սաներից նախորդ տարի դրանք լքել են 171-ը, որից 45-ը վերադարձել են հարազատների մոտ, 21-ը տեղափոխվել են այլ մանկատներ, 20-ը տարեցների և հաշմանդամների սոցիալական սպասարկման կազմակերպություններ տեղափոխվածներ են, 40-ը որդեգրվել են, 12-ը՝ մահացել։

Նախորդ տարի մանկատների ֆինանսական միջոցների մուտքերը կազմել են 2 միլիարդ 634 միլիոն 644 հազար դրամ, որից 1 միլիարդ 905 միլիոն 694 հազար դրամը բյուջեից է, 37 միլիոն 591 հազար դրամը նվիրատվություններ են։ Մանկատների ֆինանսական ծախսերը կազմել են 2 միլիարդ 646 միլիոն 985 հազար դրամ, որից 568 միլիոն 541 հազար դրամը նյութական ծախսեր են, 189 միլիոն 311 հազար դրամը ոչ նյութական ծառայությունների վճարումներ։ 6 միլիոն 170 հազար դրամը գործուղման ծախսեր են, 1 միլիարդ 812 միլիոն 824 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձերն են եղել, իսկ 53 միլիոն 597 հազար դրամը՝ հիմնավերանորոգման, սարքավորումների և գույքի ձեռքբերման ծախսեր։
