Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի վարչությունները շարունակում են քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին զեկուցել 2017թ. կատարած աշխատանքների և 2018թ. նախատեսված ծրագրերի մասին: Երևանի քաղաքապետին այս անգամ ներկայացվել են Հանրակրթության և Մշակույթի վարչությունների, ինչպես նաև Ընտանիքի, կանանց և երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության բաժնի նախորդ տարվա հաշվետվություններն ու 2018թ. անելիքները: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև վերոնշյալ ոլորտները համակարգող Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանը:

Հանրակրթության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ համայնքային ենթակայության 160 մանկապարտեզներում 2017թ. ընթացքում ապահովվել է շուրջ 30300 երեխայի անվճար կրթությունը, այդ թվում նաև 189 երեխայի ներառական կրթությունը: Նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում հիմնանորոգվել է 8 մանկապարտեզ, նախակրթարաններին տրամադրվել է 12340 կտոր նոր գույք: Մանկապարտեզն ավարտող շուրջ 10000 երեխաներ էլ ստացել են դպրոցական պայուսակներ և գրենական պիտույքներ: 
Մշակույթի ոլորտում կատարված աշխատանքների մասով էլ մշակույթի վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ այսօր հարմարավետ պայմաններ են ապահովված համայնքային ենթակայության բոլոր մշակութային օջախներում, ուր հաճախում է 17190 երեխա: Ծրագրերը շարունակական են գրադարանային ֆոնդի համալրման ու մշակութային օջախներին երաժշտական նոր գործիքների տրամադրման ուղղությամբ: 
Ընտանիքի, կանանց և երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության բաժնի պետը նշել է, որ ամենօրյա աշխատանքներ են տարվել տնայցերի կազմակերպման, խնամակալության և հոգաբարձության հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքների վերահսկման և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով: Խորհրդակցության շրջանակում պատասխանատուները համառոտ ներկայացրել են նաև 2018թ. անելիքներն ու առաջնահերթությունները:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատելով կատարված աշխատանքը՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն իր դիտարկումներն է ներկայացրել վերոնշյալ ոլորտներում իրականացվող աշխատանքների կազմակերպման հետ կապված:
«Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության կրթօջախների բնականոն գործունեության ապահովումը պետք է լինի ամենօրյա հսկողության տակ: Սա այն ոլորտն է, որը գործ ունի մանուկների և դեռահասների հետ, ինչն ավելի մեծ պատասխանատվություն է պահանջում: Մշակույթի ոլորտում առկա ձեռքբերումներն, իհարկե, նկատելի են ու կարևոր, բայց ակնկալում եմ նաև մշակութային հստակ ուղղությունների առանձնացում, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա համալիր մոտեցում ունենալ այս ոլորտում: Պետք է շարունակական աշխատանքներ տարվեն նաև քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության մշակութային օջախների, համայնքային ենթակայության թանգարանների ներկայացման ուղղությամբ»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
