2006 թիվն էր, նոյեմբերի վերջը, կամ գուցե արդեն դեկտեմբերը, լավ չեմ հիշում: Հերթական անգամ սուսուփուս տանից դուրս էի եկել ու մենակ գնացել ամուսնուս գերեզմանին: Սովորություն էր, գնում էի մենակ, որ ուրիշներին չսպասեցնեմ, ու իր հետ մնամ մի քիչ: Կարոտում էի… Շատ…

Այդ օրը գնացել էի սովորականից ուշ: Այդ ժամերին սովորաբար գերեզմանոցում միայն պահակն է լինում, հավաքարարն ու մի քանի շուն…

Գերեզմանների շարքերով անցնելիս ձայն լսեցի, աղեկտուր ողբ էր, երիտասարդ տղամարդու ողբ: Լալիս էր երեխայի պես, փարվել էր քարին ու լալիս էր: Քարի վրա, ամբողջ հասակով մեկ, մի երիտասարդ գեղեցկուհի էր: Կարծես կենդանի լիներ, թվում էր, թե իսկապես այդ աղջիկն էր կանգնած նայում աշխարհին, անհաղորդ աչքերով: Տղան մենակ չէր, նրա հետ մի չորս հոգի կային: Երևի ընկերներով էին: Իհարկե, հիմա չեմ հիշում, թե կոնկրետ ինչ էր ասում այդ սգացող տղան, բայց տպավորվել է, որ խոսում էր այն աշխարհ հեռացած աղջկա հետ ու մեղադրում, որ իր սիրելի կինն իրեն լքել է:

Սիրտս սեղմվեց, չդիմացա: Ասում են կանանց արցունքներն ամենահզոր զենքն է, սխալվում են: Տղամարդու լացն է սարսափելի: Դրանից ավելի ահավոր բան չկա, հավատացնում եմ: Քիչ բան չեմ տեսել կյանքումս…

Գնացի ամուսնուս մոտ: Արդեն քարացած, աչքերս սառած: Մտովի խոսում էի հետը, բողոքում, որ այ այսպես, իրենք հեռանում են, իսկ մենք մնում ենք, միայն նրա համար, որ հիշենք իրենց հետ կապված ամեն լավն ու… մրսենք հոգով:

Սառած մատներով մի կերպ կրակ արեցի, խունկ գցեցի, նորից կծկեցի ձեռքերս վերարկուիս գրպաններում ու թափառող շների հետ զրուցելով գնացի դեպի գերեզմանոցի մուտքը: Շներն արդեն ինձ սովորել էին, ուղեկցում էին պոչները թափահարելով:

Այն գերեզմանի մոտ դեռ սառը քարին կպած մնացել էր երիտասարդը: Արդեն համարյա մութ էր: Երևի չգիտեք, գերեզմանոցում շշուկն անգամ բարձր է լսվում այդ ժամերին: Ընկերներն արդեն համոզում էին, որ գնան, որ միևնույն է, ոչինչ չի փոխվի, դառը ճակատագիր է, և այլն… Մի պահ նույնիսկ ցանկություն ունեցա մոտենալ այդ տղային, սփոփել մեծ քրոջ իրավունքով: Հետո մտածեցի, որ այս ժամին գերեզմանոցում միայնակ քայլող կնոջը հաստատ ճիշտ չեն հասկանա, գլուխս կախ շարունակեցի ճամփաս: Ես առաջ էլ էի տեսել այդ գերեզմանը, աղջիկը զոհվել էր 2006-ի մայիսի 3-ին, Սոչիի ավիավթարից:

Ամեն անգամ որևէ վթարի զոհերի մասին կարդալիս, կամ լսելիս ականջներումս այն տղայի ողբն է, բողոքը, թե ինչու իրեն լքեցին… Կյանք է, վթարներ էլ են լինում, իհարկե: Ամեն մարդ իր ճակատագիրն ունի, իհարկե: Բայց ամեն անգամ նման պահերի հասկանում ես, որ կյանքը կանգ առավ ևս մի անգամ, ևս մի անգամ ուժ է պետք, այն շարունակելու:
