Արմաշի լճերում թռչունների անկանոն որս է կատարվում․ past.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց «Թռչնասերների կենտրոն» ՀԿ ղեկավար, բնապահպան Սիլվա Ադամյանը: Բնապահպանը մի քանի օր առաջ է լճերի շրջական գյուղերի բնակիչներից նման ահազանգ ստացել:
«Գյուղացիները ժամանակ առ ժամանակ մեզ լուսանկարներ են ուղարկում: Նրանք են ականտես լինում այդ որսին և մեզ հայտնում, որ թռչունների քանակը գնալով պակասում է»,- ասաց նա:
Բնապահպանները, սակայն ուսումնասիրություն կատարելու նպատակով Արմաշի լճերին մոտ գնալ չեն կարող: Այն մասնավոր տարածք է: Այնտեղ մտնելու համար թույլատրություն է պետք, որի համար էլ բազմիցս դիմել են պատկան մարմիններին:
«Դրա համար մենք դեռ 2007-2008 թվականներից դիմել ենք ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությանը, միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, որպեսզի կարողանանք ուսումնասիրություն կատարել, պարզել իրավիճակը և թույլ չտալ, որ թռչնատեսակները վերանան»,- ներկայացրեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Արմաշի լճերի տարածքում 150 տեսակի թռչուններ կան, որոնցից 30-ը գրանցված են ոչ միայն ՀՀ, այլև միջազգային Կարմիր գրքերում: Սիլվա Ադամյանի խոսքով՝ լճերի կենսաբազմազանությունը վտանգված է:
«Լճերի տերերը գտնում են, որ իրենց այլևս ձեռտու չէ այդտեղ ձկներ պահելը և լճերը ցամաքեցնում են: Դա վնաս է հասցնում թռչուններին: Սեփականատերն է լճի ճակատագիրը որոշում: Մենք հաճախ ենք այս ամենի մասին հայտնում բնապահպանության նախարարությանը»,- նշեց նա:
Լճերում տեղի ունեցող հերթական անկառավարելի որսի վերաբերյալ ստացած ահազանգերը բնապահպանները ներկայացրել են նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանին:
«Միանալով տեղի բնակչության անհանգստություններին՝ խնդրում ենք նախարարությանը, օգտագործելով իր իրավասությունները, անցկացնել ստուգումներ, պարզել և վերահսկել իրավիճակը»,- նախարարին ուղղված պահանջը փոխանցեց բնապահպանը:
Նամակի պատասխանին են սպասում: Այսպիսի գրություններ հաճախ են հասցեագրել բնապահպանական գերատեսչությանը: Բնապահպանների պահանջը միշտ ականջի հետև են գցել:
«Երևի տարածքը մասնավոր է, այդ իսկ պատճառով այնտեղ որևէ աշխատանք տանելը շատ բարդ է: Դրա համար էլ պատասխան չեն տալիս, բայց մենք լուրջ խնդիր ունենք: Այդ թռչունները Արմաշի լճեր են վերադարձել, եթե այդտեղ էլ խնդիրներ ունենանք՝ անկանոն որսագողությունը շարունակվի, ինչպես նաև ջրային տարածքները վերանան, մենք կկորցնենք այդ թռչնատեսակները: Իրականում, սա շատ լուրջ խնդիր է, կենսաբազմազանությունը վտանգի տակ է: Քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկել»,- եզրափակեց նա:
