Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և Գերմանական կարմիր խաչի Բադեն-Վյուրտեմբերգի երկրամասային կազմակերպության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի համաֆինանսավորմամբ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանում բացվել է մայրաքաղաքում 19-րդ բարեգործական ճաշարանը: Այն իր տեսակով արտագնա խոհանոց է՝ 50 շահառուների համար, որոնք ամեն օր տաք սնունդ ստանալու հնարավորություն կունենան:
 
Արտագնա խոհանոցի բացմանը ներկա են գտնվել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետ Ռուզաննա Զաքարյանը և Գերմանական կարմիր խաչի հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի պատասխանատու Արտակ Վերդյանը: Սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ նման ճաշարան 2018 թվականին նախատեսվում է բացել նաև Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանում: Այդպիսով, Երևանի բոլոր վարչական շրջանները կունենան սոցիալական սպասարկման նմանատիպ հաստատություններ:
 
Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանի ծրագրում ընգրկված շահառուներն իրենց հերթին գոհունակության ու երախտիքի խոսքեր են հղել կենսական կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող այս նախաձեռնության իրականացնողներին:
 
Նշենք նաև, որ մայրաքաղաքում բարեգործական ճաշարաններ են գործում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, «Առաքելություն Հայաստան», «Գերմանական կարմիր խաչ», «Օրրան», «Պայծառ և Արշավիր Աբրահամյաններ» հասարակական, բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի հովանու ներքո Երևանում գործող հայորդաց տների հետ համագործակցությամբ:
