Զինված խմբի գործով դատական նիստի ժամանակ ուշագրավ ձայնագրություն հրապարակվեց, որը, ըստ էության, թույլ է տալիս մտածելու, որ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը որոշակի կապ է ունեցել խմբի հետ կամ թերևս ցանկացել է կապ ունենալ։ Դատարանում մասնավորապես հրապարակվեց Լիլիթ Ք.-ի կողմից Վահան Շիրխանյանի տանը կատարված ձայնագրությունը: Զրուցում են Վահան Շիրխանյանը և Արթուր Վարդանյանը: Խոսք է գնում նախապատրաստվող գործողությունների և Սեյրան Օհանյանի մասին:
