Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Աշխատանքի և զբաղվածության վարչություն պետ Ժորա Սարգսյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ պետական բյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին ծրագիր է իրականացվելու, որի նպատակն է անմրցունակ, մասնագիտություն չունեցող մայրերը ստանան մասնագիտական ուսուցում գործատուի մոտ:
Նա ներկայացրեց, որ ծրագիրը նախատեսված է մինչև 30 տարեկան երիտասարդ մայրերի համար` մինչև 6 ամիս: Նա նշեց, որ կան սահմանված առաջնահերթություններ նրանց համար, ովքեր երեք և ավելի երեխա ունեն, համարվում են միայնակ մայր, ընտանիքը ստանում է սոցիալական նպաստ:
«Այս առաջնահերթությունների պարագայում ընտրվում է շահառու և նրա, գործատուի, զբաղվածության գործակալության միջև կնքվում է պայմանագիր, որով շահառուն գործատուի մոտ անցնում է մասնագիտական ուսուցում մինչև վեց ամիս»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ ծրագրից օգտվելու համար երիտասարդ մայրը պետք է դիմի Զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության տարածքային կենտրոններ, որպեսզի հաշվառվի որպես գործազուրկ:
«Այսինքն՝ այդ ամբողջ վեց ամիսների ընթացքում, եթե շահառուն գտնվելու է գործատուի մոտ, պետական բյուջեից ստանալու է նվազագույն աշխատավարձ, իսկ գործատուն ստանալու է հարկերի մասով փոխհատուցում, որպեսզի վճարի շահառուի եկամտահարկը»,– ասաց նա:
Բացի այդ, ըստ Ժորա Սարգսյանի, նաև վճարվելու է գործատուի այն աշխատողը, որն օգնում է այդ շահառուին, որ այդ մասնագիտական ուսուցումը ստանա և ստանալու է իր նախորդ տարվա միջին ամսական աշխատավարձի քսան տոկոսի չափով հավելում, նաև 30 հազար դրամ միանվագ գումար է վճարվելու գործատուին մասնագիտական ուսուցումը կազմակերպելու համար պահանջվող ծախսեր հոգալու նպատակով»,- ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե արդյոք 6 ամիս հետո գործատուն պարտավորություն է ունենալու շահառուին աշխատանքի վերցնել, Ժորա Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ ծրագիրն իրականացնելու համար ընտրելու են այն գործատուին, ով ունի թափուր աշխատատեղ:
Նա նշեց, որ եթե նույնիսկ գործատուն հետագայում չապահովեց շահառուին աշխատանքով, ապա վեց ամիս շարունակ մասնագիտական ուսուցման արդյունքում շահառուն փորձ է ձեռք բերում և կարող է այլ գործատուների մոտ աշխատանքի ընդունվել: Վարչության պետը նշեց, որ ծրագիրը կիրականացվի 2018 թվականից, իսկ ֆինանսավորումը պայմանավորված է շահառուների թվաքանակով:
