1800 բնակիչ ունեցող համայնքը զրկված է գազից
SOCIETYԿոտայքի մարզի Բուժական համայնքում գազ չկա: Խորհրդային տարիներին համայնքը գազաֆիկացնելու ծրագրի գործնական քայլերը արդեն մեկնարկել էին, խողովակները գրեթե մոտեցրել էին բնակելի տներին, բայց միության փլուզումից հետո ծրագիրն անավարտ, իսկ գյուղն առանց գազի է մնացել մինչ օրս: Կապույտ վառելիքից այստեղ շուրջ 1800 բնակիչ է զրկված: Գյուղացիների միակ վառելիքը փայտն ու աթարն են:
«Ով ինչ ունի, նա վառելու է: Մեկն՝ աթար, մյուսը՝ բակի ծառերը: Մյուսները՝ շիշ, ցելոֆան, հին շոր, կոշիկ։ Վառելիքի գներն այնքան են թանկացրել, որ մարդ վախենում է կրակ վառի։ Ցուրտ տներում նստելու ենք՝ ի՞նչ անենք, ինչքան կդիմանանք, կդիմանանք»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում բողոքեցին նրանք:
Գյուղացիները մտավախություն ունեն, որ հավաքած վառելափայտը դժվար մինչև գարուն բավականացնի: Այստեղ տարվա 7 ամիսներին երդիկներից ծուխ է դուրս գալիս: Ծովի մակարդակից 1800 մետր բարձրության վրա գտնվող համայնքում ձմեռը երկարատև է և խստաշունչ: Բուժականցիները նեղսրտում են, որ հարևան գյուղում կապույտ վառելիք կա, իսկ իրենք անտեսված են: Ստիպված են բալոնները գազով լիցքավորել և տուն հասցնել:
«Մեր տեղն իմացող չկա: Ոչ ոք էս գյուղին չի նայում: Գոնե գազը կարող էինք կենցաղում օգտագործել: Էդ հարցում էլ ենք փայտի ու աթարի հույսին»,– նշեցին նրանք: Համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Գալստյանը, գազաֆիկացման մասին խոսելիս, մեր հարցին հարցով պատասխանեց: «Խի, որ հանրապետության մյուս գյուղերում գազ կա, իրենք գազո՞վ են ջեռուցում: Հիմա գազն էնքան թանկ է, որ ժողովուրդը դրանից օգտվելու հնարավորություն չունի»,– ասաց Գալստյանը:
Կոտայքի մարզպետարանը համայնքի գազաֆիկացման հարցը բարձրացրել է Կառավարությունում: Խնդրին տեղյակ են պատկան բոլոր կառույցները: «Համենայնդեպս, գազաֆիկացման ծրագիրը առկա է, սակայն ամեն ինչ կախված է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայից», որը հայտնել է, թե ֆինանսական միջոցների առկայության դեպքում համայնքի գազի հարցը վերջապես լուծում կստանա»,– նշեց նա:
Գործազրկության բարձր մակարդակ ունեցող համայնքում տեղացիները դժվարությամբ են ձմռան գալուն նախապատրաստվում: Անասնապահությունից և հողագործությունից բացի, բուժականցիները ապրուստ են վաստակում նաև արտագնա աշխատանքի շնորհիվ:
«Ամբողջ գյուղի 90%–ը դրսում մարդ ունի: Գյուղի հույսը դրսից ուղարկված գումարներն են: Աշխատատեղ չկա, ինչ անեն: Տուն էլ չկա, որ վարկ չունենա»,– մտահոգվեցին նրանք:
