Ներդրումները նվազել են, պատճառը ԵԱՏՄ-ն է. նախկին վարչապետ
POLITICSԱզգային վիճակագրական ծառայության համաձայն՝ 2013-ին, երբ ՀՀ-ն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ չէր, ՀՀ-ում ուղիղ ներդրումները կազմում էին 597 մլն դոլար, 2014-ին ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությունից ուղիղ մեկ տարի հետո ներդրումները կազմեցին 347 մլն դոլար, 2015-ին՝ 245 մլն, 2016-ին՝ 168 մլն դոլար:
Այս մասին, Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ, ԱԺ-ում հրավիրված ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու գործընթաց սկսելու մասին լսումներին հայտնեց «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Սարգսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ մտելուց հետո կորցրել է իր գրավչությունը։
«Ներդրողներըը պետք է վստահ լինի, որ կարող են իրենց շահերը պաշտպանել: Իշխանական կուսակցությունների տեսակետով՝ դատական համակարգը բարելավվել է, և օր օրի հասնում է կատարելության։ Մյուս հանգամանքն օրենսդրական դաշտն է: 6-ամսվա ԱԺ-ում իմ աշխատանքային փորձով կարող եմ ասել, որ օրենսդրական դաշտը բարելավվում է: Կառավարությունը լավ օրենքներ է բերում, որոնք երբեմն ինձ զարմացնում են։ Այս դաշտն էլ է բարելավվում, բա ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ ներդրումները նվազում են։ Իմ կարծիքով պատճառը մեկն է՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ն է և դրամ հիմնական գործող սուբյեկտ ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների կիրառումն է»,- ասաց նախկին վարչապետը։
