 Վանաձորի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստում «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության Վանաձորի տարածքային կառույցի ղեկավար Արկադի Փելեշյանն ընտրվեց Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ:

 Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Արկադի Փելեշյանին Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ ընտրելու հարցին կողմ քվեարկեց ավագանու անդամների մեծամասնությունը:

Հարցը քվեարկության դնելուց առաջ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը ելույթ ունեցավ, որում ընդգծեց, որ ինքը սոցիալական ցանցերով տեղեկատվություն-ուղերձ է տարածել, որպեսզի Վանաձորի ավագանիում ներկայացված բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը մասնակցային կառավարման սկզբունքով մասնակցեն Վանաձորի ավագանու նիստերին: «Ես նշեմ նաև, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նոյեմբերի 10-ի որոշումը մեզ լիարժեք թույլ էր տալիս մինչև մարտի 31-ն առաջնորդվել նախկին օրենսդրությամբ, որն այժմ էլ գործում է, որովհետև Սահմանադրական դատարանը չի կարող որևէ օրենք շուրջ 6 ամիս իրավական վակուումի մեջ թողնել: Բայց մենք ճիշտ գտանք, որ ավելի լավ կլինի համագործակցության համար ևս մեկ անգամ դիմենք ավագանու մեր գործընկերներին:Մենք պատրաստ էինք կնքել համաձայնագիր այն քաղաքական ուժի հետ, որը կարձագանքեր մեր առաջարկին»,- ընդգծեց Ասլանյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ իր և «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության Վանաձորի տարածքային կառույցի ղեկավարի միջև կնքվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր: «Նախ ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել արձագանքի համար, որովհետև ես իմ նախորդ բոլոր հրապարակային ելույթներում միշտ ասել եմ, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք ցանկացած առողջ համագործակցության: Հույս ունեմ, որ մեր համագործակցությունը դրական տեղաշարժ է բերելու Վանաձորի համար»,- ասաց Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ իրենց ջանքերը երբեք միտված չեն եղել որևէ պաշտոն ամեն գնով պահելուն, այլ միայն Վանաձորի զարգացմանը: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր հետագա համագործակցությունը նոր դրական լիցքեր կբերի: Ես և պարոն Փելեշյանը կնքել ենք համաձայնագիր, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի ավագանու շրջանակում մենք համագործակցելու ենք: Սա երբեք չի նշանակում քաղաքական լայն համագործակցություն կուսակցական առումով: Սա քաղաքապետի և պարոն Փելեշյանի գլխավորած կառույցի միջև համագործակցության հուշագիր է, որը մենք անվերապահորեն պահելու ենք»,- մանրամասնեց Վանաձորի քաղաքապետը:

Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Արտյոմ Գրիգորյանը ցուցաբերել է քաղաքական մշակույթի բարձր աստիճան և համաձայնել է զիջել իր պաշտոնը` համաձայնագրի շրջանակում այդ պաշտոնում Արկադի Փելեշյանի թեկնածությունն առաջադրելու համար:
