«Էկոլոգիական կրթության և դաստիարակության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կկատարվեն: «Հանուն կայուն զարգացման» ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, բնապահպան Կարինե Դանիելյանը «Փաստ».am-ի  թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ էկոլոգիական կրթության ընդլայնումը մեր երկրում անհրաժեշտություն է: Վերջինիս կարծիքով՝ օրենքում նաև պետք է քաղաքաշինության և տնտեսական դրույթներ ներառվեն:

«Պետք չէ էկոլոգիական ոլորտը ներառել վերջում, ամեն ինչ անել և նոր դրան անդրադառնալ: Էկոլոգիականը միշտ պետք է նախազգուշացնող լինի: Էկոլոգիան պետք է ներառված լինի բոլոր խնդիրների լուծման գործընթացներում՝ լինի տնտեսական, թե սոցիալական հարցերում, իսկ դա հենց կայուն զարգացման հայեցակարգն է: Ինձ դուր է գալիս, որ դա որոշ չափով օրենքում զետեղում են»,– նկատեց Կարինե Դանիելյանը:
Բնապահպանին զարմացնում է Կրթության և գիտության նախարարության դիրքորոշումը դպրոցներում էկոլոգիա առարկայի դասավանդման նկատմամբ:

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենց ոչ մի կերպ չի հաջողվում համոզել, որ դպրոցներում էկոլոգիան պարտադիր ուսուցման առարկա լինի: Նրանք նաև առաջարկում են «Էկոլոգիա և կայուն զարգացման հիմունքներ» առարկան ներառել դասավանդվող առարկաների ցանկում:
«Մեզ կրթության ազգային ինստիտուտի հետ հաջողվել է մշակել ծրագիրը: Այն ավագ դպրոցներում որպես ֆակուլտատիվ առարկա է դրված, այսինքն՝ դպրոցը կարող է ընդունել, կարող է՝ չընդունել»,– ասաց բնապահպանը:

Դանիելյանը միջազգային փորձն է մատնանշում: Աշխարհում էկոլոգիա առարկան կամ պարտադիր դասավանդվում է դպրոցներում, կամ էլ գաղափարախոսությունը տարրալուծվում է այլ առարկանների մեջ: Գոյություն ունի նաև երրորդ տարբերակ՝ երկուսը միաժամանակ: Ամենատարածվածը երրորդ տարբերակն է: Մինչդեռ մեր երկրում երկրորդ տարբերակն է գործում:

«Բնապահպանական, աշխարհագրական առարկաներում արտացոլումը կա, բայց դա ֆրագմենտալ է, իսկ հետո այդ ծաղկաքաղը հավաքել և ներկայացնել որպես գիտության հիմունքներ, ցավոք, չկա»,– նկատեց նա:

Բացի սրանից, անցյալ տարի բուհերից հանեցին էկոլոգիա առարկան:

Կառավարությունում այս հարցը Կարինե Դանիելյանը բարձրացրել է: Նրան փոխանցել են, որ էկոլոգիան գիտություն չէ, այլ՝ հայեցակարգ, որն արտացոլված է այլ ոլորտներում: Այս տարի մի քանի բուհերում դասավանդումը վերականգնվել է:

«Ասել, որ մեզ պետք չեն այդ ամբիոնները, պետք չեն այդ մասնագիտացումները, կործանարար է երկրի համար»,– մտահոգվեց բնապահպանը:

Կարինե Դանիելյանի խոսքով՝ ոչ միայն օրենքը պետք է փոփոխության ենթարկվի, այլև՝ կառավարության վերաբերմունքը:
«Կառավարության, նախարարության որոշումները պետք է նպաստավոր լինեն էկոլոգիայի զարգացմանը»,– կարևորեց նա:
