Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանին

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջոնաթան Լաքոտին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:
Շնորհավորելով մեր երկրում դիվանագիտական առաքելության մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ՝ ԿԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի նման բարեկամ երկրի հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդումն ու զարգացումը Հայաստանի համար կարևոր է ինչպես երկկողմ հարաբերությունների, այնպես էլ Ֆրանկաֆոն երկրների և Եվրոպայի Միության շրջանակներում: Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդգծել է, որ երկու երկրների կրթության ոլորտում համագործակցության լուրջ հաջողություններ են գրանցված, նրա խոսքով, Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատունը մեր կրթական համակարգը մշտապես պահել է ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ ոլորտի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերելով լուրջ և գործուն աջակցություն: Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի գործունեությանը, հանրակրթական դպրոցներում ֆրանսերենի խորացված ուսուցման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված քայլերին՝ ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը նշել է. «Կրթական ծրագրերի նման հագեցվածությունը կարող են միայն հոգեհարազատ ազգերն ու պետություններն արձանագրել»:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ իր հերթին դեսպան Լաքոթն ընդգծել է, որ կրթության համակարգում կատարվել են աշխատանքներ, որոնք գոհացուցիչ են և արդյունքներն էլ ակնառու: Նա խոստովանել է, որ Հայաստանում իր մեկամսյա գործունեության ընթացքում ունեցած հանդիպումներից, թերևս ամենակարևորը՝ կրթության համակարգի հարցերի քննարկումն է եղել: «Քիչ են այն երկրները, որոնց հետ Ֆրանսիան կրթության ոլորտում այսքան խորացված հարաբերություններ ունի»,- շեշտել է Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Լաքոտը: Նա տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ մտադրություն կա ընդլայնել Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի գործունեությունը, քայլեր են կատարվում դպրոցներում ֆրանսերեն լեզվի խորացված ուսուցմանն աջակցելու ուղղությամբ:
Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել առկա հարաբերությունների զարգացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկել հետևողական քայլեր:
