Ի՞նչ է տվել խոշորացումը համայնքներին. կյանքը միավորումից մեկ տարի անց

Համայնքների խոշորացման արդյունքում Սյունիքի մարզի Սառնակունք բնակավայրը Գորայքի կազմում է ընդգրկվել: Արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելի է այս համայնքները միավորվել են: Տեղի բնակիչները «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ասացին, որ խոշորացումից հետո իրենց կյանքը չի լավացել: Կուտակված խնդիրների մեծ մասն էլ դեռ լուծում չի ստացել: Այստեղ օրակարգային հարցը ճանապարհների վերանորոգումն է: Վերջերս, սակայն, այն մասամբ լուծվել է: Մայրուղուց համայնք տանող ճանապարհը բարեկարգվել է:
«480 մետր ճանապարհ է միայն նորոգվել, բայց մնացածը նույն վիճակում է գտնվում»,– տեղեկացրին նրանք:
Սառնակունքի փողոցները քարուքանդ վիճակում են: Մեքենաները դժվարությամբ են տեղաշարժվում: Ձյունից և անձրևից հետո էլ գյուղացիները տեղից տեղ շարժվել չեն կարողանում:
«Սաղ ցեխ է ու կեղտ, ամռանն էլ` փոշի: Էրեխեքը չեն կարողանում խաղալ, մաքուր հագցնում ես` ցեխ ու կեղտ են լինում»,– դժգոհեցին գյուղացիները:
Նրանք հույս էլ չունեն, որ մնացած փողոցները կբարեկարգվեն: Տեղացիների խոսքով՝ կատարած աշխատանքով աչքակապոցի արեցին, իրենք կշարունակեն ցեխի ու փոշու հետ կռիվ տալ:
Հաջորդ լուծում չստացած խնդիրը խմելու ջրի որակն է: Ջրի մանրազերծում չի կատարվում: Մարդիկ այն օգտագործում են՝ չիմանալով ինչ որակի ջուր են խմում:
«3 տարբեր ակունքներից է ջուրը գալիս: 2–3 կիլոմետրից է գալիս: Պետք է այս հարցին ուշադրություն դարձնել և մաքրում կատարել»,– մատնանշեց համայնքի բնակիչ Մանուչար Մկրտչյանը:
Ծղուկում արդեն կատարված աշխատանքներն են թվարկում: Այս օրերին փողոցների լուսավորություն է անցկացվում՝ հենասյուներն են տեղադրում:
«Նախկին գյուղապետարանի դռներն ու լուսամուտներն են դրվել՝ ընտիր վերանորոգել են»,– ասաց համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ Մեսրոպ Ամիրջանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ գլխավոր ճանապարհը նույնպես վերանորոգվել է:
Նախքան խոշորացումն այստեղ բազում խնդիրներ կային, որոնք հրատապ լուծում էին պահանջում:
Առաջնային են եղել մշակույթի տան և գյուղապետարանի մասնաշենքերի հիմնանորոգումն ու գույքի ձեռքբերումը, փողոցային լուսավորության անցկացումը, խմելու ջրի աղբյուրների ակունքների ավազանների նորոգումը, ջրահեռացման նպատակով առուների մեջ կիսախողովակների տեղադրումը: Սրանց մի մասն արդեն անցյալում են: Սպասում են, որ շուտով մնացած խնդիրներն էլ հուշ կդառնան:
Ծղուկը, Սառնակունքն ու Սպանդարյանը միավորվել են Գորայքին:
