Բազմաբնակարան շենքերի ոլորտը զգալի էներգախնայողության
Համաժողովին բացման խոսքով հանդես եկած ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հարությունյանը նշել էր, որ կառավարության կողմից հստակ ու գործուն քայլեր են իրականացվել էներգաարդյունավետության ոլորտում՝ սկսած օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներից՝ ավարտած հանրային ու բնակելի շենքերում, ինչպես նաև մասնավոր հատվածում իրականացված ծրագրերով: «Մեզ համար շատ ոգևորիչ է, որ մեր բարեփոխումները շատ արագ արձագանք են ստանում մասնավոր հատվածի կողմից: Անցած տարի գնահատեցինք և տեսանք, որ մենք 200 միլիոն եվրոյից ավելի ֆինանսական գործիքակազմ ունենք բանկերում էներգաարդյունավետության և էներգախնայողության միջոցառումների համար»,-ասել էր փոխնախարարը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նշյալ միջոցառումների պահանջարկը երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով աճում է: «Սա հիմնականում կապված է նրա հետ, որ պետությունը, դիտարկելով էներգաարդյունավետությունը որպես իրական այլընտրանք էներգիայի արտադրությանը՝ հասկանում է, որ մենք կարող ենք ավելի մատչելի կերպով խնայել էներգիա, քան արտադրել»,-նշել էր Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
2017թ.-ի փետրվարին ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ընդունված՝ Էներգախնայողության 2-րդ ազգային ծրագրի (ԷԽԱԾ) թիրախը Հայաստանում էներգիայի բազային սպառումը 20 տոկոսով կրճատելն է՝ 2010-2012-ի համեմատ: ԷԽԱԾ-ի թիրախի իրագործմանը նպաստող էներգախնայողության բարելավման միջոցառումների 63 տոկոսը նախատեսված է բնակելի և հանրային նշանակության շենքերի համար: Այն 30 տոկոսով կնվազեցնի էներգիայի բազային սպառումը շենքերում:
«ԵՄ-ն էներգետիկայի համար» (EU4Energy) ծրագրի կազմակերպած համաժողովի նպատակն էր թեմայի շուրջ բարձրաստիճան երկխոսության ծավալումը պատասխանատու նախարարությունների, դոնոր, միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների, պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների ներկայացուցիչների միջև:
