ՊԵԿ-ը հոկտեմբերին ավելի քան 8.5 միլիարդ դրամ ԱԱՀ-ի գումար է վերադարձրել հարկ վճարողներին

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հոկտեմբերին ավելի քան 8.5 միլիարդ դրամ ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումար է վերադարձրել 47 տնտեսավարողի: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ՊԵԿ ստուգումների կազմակերպման ու դիտարկման վարչության հարկային հաշվանցումների և վերադարձման հսկողության բաժնի պետ Արման Միրզոյանը` նշելով, որ այն աննախադեպ ցուցանիշ է թե տնտեսավարողների քանակի, թե գումարային առումով: «2016 թվականի նույն ամսում 19 հարկ վճարողի վերադարձվել է 5.1 միլիարդ դրամ: Ստացվում է` այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին վերադարձված ԱԱՀ-ի գումարն աճել է 66 տոկոսով, տնտեսավարողների թիվը` 147 տոկոսով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Արման Միրզոյանը:
Պաշտոնյայի խոսքով` զգալիորեն կրճատվել է ԱԱՀ-ի գումարների ստացման միջին սպասելաժամանակը: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ այն կրճատվել է ավելի քան մեկ ամսով: Ըստ Արման Միրզոյանի` դրա վրա ազդող հիմնական գործոններից է մինչև 20 միլիոն դրամի չափով գումարների վերադարձման պարզեցված ընթացակարգը: «Այժմ վերադարձը կատարվում է անհամեմատ ավելի սեղմ ժամկետներում, և տնտեսավարողները հակված են ավելի շատ դիմումներ ներկայացնելու: Մենք ունենք դեպքեր, երբ ներկայացնում ենք նախորդ մի քանի տարիների դիմումները»,-ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ ավելացել է տնտեսավարողների վստահությունը գործընթացի նկատմամբ:
Պաշտոնյան նկատեց, որ ԱԱՀ-ի արագ վերադարձը բիզնեսին հնարավորություն է տալիս ժամանակ խնայել, շրջանառու միջոցներ ունենալ` դրանք ուղղելով նոր նախագծերի իրագործմանն ու բիզնեսի ընդլայնմանը: «Վերադարձված գումարները նորից մտնում են տնտեսություն, հարկ վճարողները կրկին կարողանում են տնօրինել իրենց շրջանառու միջոցները և թե կարճաժամկետ, թե երկարաժամկետ առումով, դա հանգեցնում է տնտեսության ակտիվացմանը»,-նշեց պաշտոնյան:
Ինչ վերաբերում է վերադարձված գումարների բաշխմանն` ըստ ոլորտների, ապա Արման Միրզոյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ գումարի մեծ մասը վերադարձվում է հանքարդյունաբերական արտադրանքի, ինչպես նաև վերամշակված ապրանքների` խմիչքների, պահածոների արտահանման արդյունքում:
Այս տարվա տասն ամիսներին 171 հարկ վճարողի վերադարձվել է ԱԱՀ-ի զրոյական դրույքաչափով հարկվող գործարքներից առաջացած 49.2 միլիարդ դրամից ավելի գումար, որը 1 միլիարդով գերազանցում է ողջ2016-ի ցուցանիշը: 2017-ի հունվար-հոկտեմբեր ցուցանիշը 27 տոկոսով ավելի է 2016-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: 2016-ի տասն ամիսներին 38.7 միլիարդ դրամ է վերադարձվել 107 հարկ վճարողի, իսկ2017-ին նույն ժամանակահատվածում 10.5 միլիարդով ավելի գումար է վերադարձվել 64-ով ավելի տնտեսավարողի:
