Հայաստանում գիտության ու տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը պետք է իրականացնել ցատկային մտածելակերպով

Տվյալագիտությամբ (Data Sciences) եւ հարակից գիտակարգերով զբաղվող ավելի քան 200 գիտնական ու մասնագետ է հյուրընկալվել Երևանում։ Նրանք մասնակցում են «Մեքենայական ուսուցումը՝ գիտական հայտնագործությունների խթան» թեմայով միջազգային աշխատաժողովին, որը կազմակերպել է Հայաստանի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հիմնադրամը (FAST)՝ ԱՄՆ Գիտության ազգային հիմնադրամի (NSF) հետ համագործակցությամբ։
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ FAST-ի համահիմնադիր, վենչուրային կապիտալիստ, գիտնական Նուբար Աֆեյանը նշեց, որ, երբ 16 տարի առաջ ինքն ու Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այլ գործընկերների հետ սկսեցին մտածել Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման ուղղությամբ, իրենք գիտեին, որ հիմնարար կրթական համակարգ ունենալու համար պետք է լայն ու տարածական աշխատանք կատարել։ «Մենք Հայաստանում գիտության ու տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը պետք է իրականացնենք ցատկային մտածելակերպով, ոչ թե պլանավորվորած քայլերով»,-ասաց Նուբար Աֆեյանը՝ հավելելով, որ տվյալների գիտության մեջ յուրահատուկ մտածողությունը լրացուցիչ առավելություններ կտա Հայաստանին։
Աշխատաժողովի համանախագահ, ԱՄՆ Իլինոյսի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Նաիրա Հովակիմյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ այս հանդիպման արդյունքում մի քանի տարի անց աշխարհում բեկումնային զարգացումներ կլինեն ու մասնակիցները կնշեն, որ առաջին անգամ իրար ճանաչել ու գաղափարներ են ձևավորել հենց Երևանում։ «Այս աշխատաժողովը երիտասարդ ձայները լսելու դարձնելուն է ուղղված։ Հուսով եմ, որ խանդավառ աշխատանք կիրականացնեք հետագայում»,-ասաց հայազգի գիտնականը։
Աշխատաժողովի համանախագահ, Հարավային Կալիֆորնիայի համալսարանի Ինֆորմացիոն գիտության ինստիտուտի Մեքենայական բանականության և տվյալագիտության խմբի ղեկավար Արամ Գալստյանի խոսքով՝ դժվար է թերագնահատել մեքենաների ուսուցման և տվյալագիտության մեջ տեղի ունեցած հիմնարար վերափոխումները, որոնք մեծապես ազդում են գիտական այլ ճյուղերի ու մարդկանց կյանքի վրա։ «Հերթական արդյունաբերական հեղափոխությանն ենք ականատես լինում․ առանց վարորդ մեքենաներ, ավտոմատացված ապարատային թարգմանություններ, կենսագիտության ոլորտի զարգացումներ և այլն։ Մեքենաների ուսուցման վերջին առաջխաղացումը վերափոխումներ է առաջացրել ոչ միայն համակարգչային, այլև՝ կենսաբանական, բժշկական գիտություններում, նույնիսկ հասարակագիտության մեջ»,-նշեց Արամ Գալստյանը։
Հայաստանի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հիմնադրամը (FAST) ձևավորվել է 2017-ի ապրիլին՝ նպատակ ունենալով դառնալ համալիր հարթակ գիտական ու տեխնոլոգիանական զարգացման համար Հայաստանում և դրա սահմաններից դուրս։
