Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանը դեմ չէ Քրդստանի անկախացմանը, քանի որ դրանով սկիզբ կդրվի նաև Թուրքիայի մասնատմանը․ Իրաքյան Քրդստանի հայազգի պատգամավոր

Իրաքյան Քրդստանի խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր Երվանդ Արմենյանի խոսքով՝ հանրաքվեից հետո իրենց հասարակությունը սպասում է, որ քաղաքական կյանքը որոշ ժամանակով անկայուն կլինի: Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ որքան մոտենում են խորհրդարանական և նախագահական ընտրությունների օրերն այնքան հասարակության շրջանում վախը մեծանում է:
«Ես ակնկալում եմ, որ Քրդստանում հանրաքվեի արդյունքում երկիրը կանցնի նորմալ ժողովրդավարական կարգերի, ինչի իրականացումը հնարավոր չէր լինի անջատողական երկրում: Իրականում կա քրդերի համար երկիր ստեղծելու կամք և ցանկություն, և դրա հետ պետք է համակերպվի նաև միջազգային հանրությունը»,- ասաց նա:
Երվանդ Արմենյանը նկատեց, որ այո, միջազգային հանրությունը չի կարող հիմա աջակցել Քրդստանի ստեղծմանը, քանի որ դրան անմիջապես կպատասխանի Իրաքը: Նրա խոսքով Բաղդադը չի ընդունի ցանկացած միջամտություն այլ կողմերից: «Միջամտությունն անհնար կլինի»,- նշեց նա:
Հարցին՝ կարծու՞մ է, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, կլինեն նոր երկրներ, որ կճանաչեն Քրդստանի հանրաքվեն, նա պատասխանեց, որ իր համոզմամբ, եթե Իրաքյան Քրդստանում մարդիկ որոշեն հիմնել իրենց երկիրը, միջազգային հանրությունն անպայման դա կճանաչի:
Դիտարկմանն՝ արդյո՞ք հնարավոր են բանակցություններ Բաղդադի և Էրբիլի միջև այն դեպքում, երբ Քրդստանի նախագահ Մասուդ Բարզանին համաձայնել է բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ նստել, սակայն առանց նախապայմանների, հայազգի պատգամավորը պատասխանեց․ «Իրականում կողմերի միջև բանավեճը միայն կարող է լուծել եղած բոլոր խնդիրները»:
Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե ինչպես է վերաբերում նրան, որ Հայաստանն Իրաքյան Քրդստանի հանրաքվեի հետ կապված արտահայտեց չեզոք դիրքորոշում, հայազգի պատգամավորը ներկայացրեց իր պատկերացումը․ Հայաստանը դեմ չէ Քրդստանի անկախությանը: «Կարծում եմ՝ Հայաստանը դեմ չէ, քանի որ Քրդստանի անկախության հռչակմամբ սկիզբ կդրվի նաև Թուրքիայի մասնատմանը: Հայաստանը նաև հիմա կարող է միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը գրավել Արցախի հիմնախնդրի վրա, որովհետև այն հիշեցնում է Քրդստանում տեղի ունեցողը»,- ասաց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Իրաքյան Քրդստանում տեղի ունեցած անկախության հարցով հանրաքվեին մասնակցած քաղաքացիների 93.29 տոկոսն «այո» է ասել անկախացմանը: Հանրաքվեին մասնակցել է ընտրողների 72,16 տոկոսը:
Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդեր ալ Աբադին հանրաքվեն անվանել է հակասահմանադրական և հայտարարել է, որ Իրաքն այն չի ընդունելու: Իրաքի իշխանությունները նաև հայտարարել են, որ բանակցություններ չեն վարելու Քրդստանի շրջանային կառավարության հետ քվեարկության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Հանրաքվեի անցկացման դեմ են հանդես եկել Թուրքիան և Իրանը, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ-ն և ՄԱԿ-ը:
