Վթարային բուժամբուլատորիան 1700 բնակչի է սպասարկում

Արմավիրի մարզի Տանձուտ համայնքի բուժամբուլատորիայի շենքը տարիներ առաջ վթարային է ճանաչվել: Բուժամբուլատորիայի տնօրենը և լրատվամիջոցները կառույցի շենքային պայմանների մասին բազմիցս ահազանգել են տեղական ու մարզային իշխանություններին, սակայն ոչինչ չի փոխվել: Համայնքապետարանի միջոցներով մասամբ վերանորոգվել է ամբուլատորիայի տանիքը, հիմա այլևս հիվանդներին կաթոցների տակ չեն զննի:
Տանձուտի ամբուլատորիայի աշխատակազմը հատկապես ձմռանը կանգնում է լուրջ խնդիրների առջև. շենքում ջուր չկա, ջեռուցման համար միջոցներ չկան:
Համայնքապետարանն իր փոքրիկ բյուջեով ոչ վերանորոգում կարող է իրականացնել, ոչ էլ` նոր շենք կառուցել: Տարիներ առաջ համաշխարհային բանկից են եկել, նայել, շենքը գնահատել, ճանաչել են վթարային ու խորհուրդ տվել նորը կառուցել: Շենքը վթարային գնահատվելուց հետո շուրջ 10 տարի է անցել, բայց փլուզման վտանգի առաջ կանգնած Տանձուտի բուժհաստատության լուծման հարցը դեռ օդից կախված է։
«Ընդգրկված ենք մարզի հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման ծրագրում, բայց դեռ անորոշ է, երբ կվերանորոգվի»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց տնօրեն Անահիտ Բեգլարյանը:
Տանձուտ համայնքում 60–ականներին կառուցված բուժամբուլատորիայում բուժսպասարկում է ստանում համայնքի 1700 բնակիչ: Շենքը գտնվում է գյուղի ծայրամասում, իսկ կիսավեր շենքից դժվար է կռահել, որ այն բուժհաստատություն է՝ անգամ ցուցանակ չկա տեղադրված:
«Շենքի պատերը ճաքած են, աստիճանները քանդվում են, վախենում ես ոտք դնել, միջանցքներն ամբողջությամբ ավիրված են»,– փաստեց Բեգլարյանը:
Ամբուլատորիայի նոր շենքի կառուցումը մեծ միջոցներ է պահանջում, բայց ֆինանսական սուղ միջոցների պատճառով այստեղ չի հաջողվում նույնիսկ հիվանդների սպասարկման սենյակները տաքացնել: Ցուրտ օրերին բուժամբուլատորիայի աշխատակազմը հավաքվում է մեկ սենյակում, իսկ պատվաստումների օրերին միայն տաքացնում են մանկական սենյակը: Դժգոհում են, որ բուժաշխատողները ամբուլատորիայում վերարկուներով են նստում, ինչպես կարող են երեխաների շորերը հանել, թոքերը լսել, զննում կատարել:
Այդուհանդերձ, տնօրենը վստահեցրեց, որ վերանորոգման հերթն իրենց բուժամբուլատորիային էլ կհասնի, քանի որ հարևան համայնքների անմխիթար բուժհաստատություններն արդեն բարեկարգվել են։
