Ուրիշ ոչ մի բան չենք ուզում իրենցից, մենակ աշխատանք
SOCIETYՏավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպար գյուղից արտագաղթը մեծ չափերի է հասնում: Գյուղացիներն ասում են, որ ով մի փոքր հնարավորություն ունի, գյուղից գնում է: «Եթե նախկինում գյուղի դպրոցում կար 220-230 աշակերտ, էսօր հազիվ 50 աշակերտ ա մնացել»,- գյուղ այցելած լրագրողներին ասում են գյուղացիները: Նրանք կատակում են, որ միայն տղամարդիկ չեն գնում. «Կնիկ արմատների մեծ մասն էլ են գնում»:
Գյուղից հեռանալու պատճառը աշխատատեղերի բացակայությունն է: Գյուղացիներն ասում են, որ եթե աշխատանք լինի, երիտասարդներն իրենց ընտանիքներով չեն գնա Ռուսաստան: Նրանք ասում են, որ ՌԴ քաղաքներից մեկում ոսկեպարցի 130 ընտանիք կա, իսկ Ոսկեպարում մոտ 30 տուն կարելի է գտնել, որտեղ մարդիկ ընտանիքներով ու երեխաներով են ապրում: Մնացածը գյուղի ծերերն են:
«Կարելի է ասել՝ գյուղում բնակչություն չի մնացել, դատարկ տներ են: Թաղեր կան, որ լրիվ դատարկ են, տները փակ, մարդիկ չկան: Գնում են, որովհետև կրակոցներ են, ապրելակերպ ու աշխատանք չկա: Պետությունը պետք ա պայման ստեղծի, որ երիտասարդ ընտանիքները մնան գյուղում, թե չէ հիմա մնան ի՞նչ անեն: Ուրիշ ոչ մի բան չենք ուզում իրանցից, մենակ աշխատանք»,- ասում են գյուղացիները:
Ոսկեպարը Տավուշի մարզի խոշորացված համայնքներից է, միացել է Նոյեմբերյան քաղաքին: Ոսկեպարի վարչական ղեկավար Սերոբ Մախսուդյանը հաստատում է, որ մարդիկ աշխատատեղերի բացակայության պատճառով են հեռանում գյուղից: Ոսկեպարը ևս այն սահմանամերձ գյուղերի ցանկում է, որտեղ ներդրումներ անողները ազատվում են հարկերից: Բայց ներդրողներ չեն գալիս գյուղ: Սերոբ Մախսուդյանն ասում է, որ պատճառը հեռավոր ու ռիսկային գյուղ լինելն է:
«Մարդիկ չեն ուզում իրենց ֆինանսը դնել մի տեղ, որտեղ ռիսկային է: Մենք շատ դեպքերում այդ հարցերը տվել ենք գործարարներին, ասել են՝ խոսում եք, որ հարկերը շատ են, հիմա մեր մոտ հարկ չկա, եկեք էստեղ ձեր բիզնեսը դրեք: Առայժմ որևէ արձագանք չկա»,- ասաց վարչական ղեկավարը:
Ոսկեպարում շատ տներ թշնամու նշանառության տակ են: Գյուղից դեպի ադրբեջանական սահման տարածությունն ընդամենը 2 կմ է: Գյուղացիներն ասում են, որ կրակոցներն իրենց չեն վախենցում, պատրաստ են ապրել հայրենի գյուղում, միայն թե մարդիկ աշխատանք ունենան:
