Եթե որոշեն, բանակից ապօրինի ազատելու ճանապարհը կգտնեն

Հայաստան–Սփյուռք 6–րդ համաժողովի ժամանակ երեկ ՊՆ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց, որ նախատեսում են առաջիկայում օրենսդրական փոփոխություն առաջարկել: Խոսքը պետական պաշտոնյաների հայտարարագրերի մասին է, որտեղ անպայման հայտարարագրվելու է նաև պաշտոնյայի և իր ընտանիքի անդամների զինվորական ծառայության հետ փոխհարաբերությունների հարցը: ՊՆ նախարարը հայտարարեց, որ եթե պաշտոնյան ունի տարկետում կամ ազատվել է բանակից, այդ մասին ևս պետք է նշի իր հայտարարագրում:
Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի 3–րդ դասակի հրամանատար, ազատամարտիկ Ժորա Ֆարյանի կարծիքով՝ փոփոխությունը ոչինչ չի տա:
«Եթե ինչ–որ մեկը որոշում է, որ իր որդուն պետք է բանակից ապօրինի ազատի, կգտնի այդ ճանապարհը: Վիգեն Սարգսյանն անձամբ կնպաստի դրան: ՊՆ նախարարը շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ այդ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունն իր նպատակին չի ծառայի: Դեռ օրենքը չընդունած՝ ասում են, թե բարեփոխում է: Բայց չգիտեն՝ օրենքը բարիք կբերի՞, թե չարիք:
Սա ուղղակի նրա համար է, որ ասեն, թե՝ տեսե՛ք, մենք գործ ենք անում»,– «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ժորա Ֆարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ նախատեսվելիք փոփոխությունն օգուտ տալու կամ չտալու համար չի արվում:
«Չի բացառվում, որ ավելի հեշտ ճանապարհ գտնեն իրենց լակոտներին բանակից ազատելու համար»,– ընդգծեց ազատամարտիկը:
Հարցին, հասարակության վստահությունը վերոնշյալ փոփոխությունից չի՞ բարձրանա, Ժորա Ֆարյանը նշեց, որ ոչ–ոք ոչ մի սպասելիք չունի:
«Բոլորի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Սփյուռքի գործարար աշխարհը գիտի, թե Հայաստանում ինչ է կատարվում: Ուզում են ցույց տալ, թե ցանկանում են լավ բան անել, ինչը, սակայն, ուրիշ ենթատեքստ էլ կարող է ունենալ. «Սփյուռքի երիտասարդներն էլ թող գան ու ծառայեն, միայն թե մեր էրեխեքը չծառայեն»: Իրականում ոչինչ չասող համաժողով է, որտեղ ոչինչ չասող մի հայտարարություն է հնչել: Հայտարարությունը լուրջ չէ: Իրականում կատարվում է այն, ինչ կատարվում է»,–ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Ազատամարտիկը հիշեցրեց՝ ըստ օրենքի, նա, ով բանակում չի ծառայել, պետական պաշտոն չպետք է զբաղեցնի:
«Աշխարհի երկրների գրեթե 70 տոկոսն այս դրույթն ունի: Ի դեպ՝ բոլորի մոտ այն բավականին խիստ է դրված: Մեզ մոտ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանցից առնվազն 7–8–ը բանակում չեն ծառայել: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը բանակում ծառայե՞լ է: Սրանով ամեն ինչ ասված է: Մնացած բոլոր, իբր թե, նախաձեռնություններն ուղղակի խոսքեր են՝ իներտ խոսակցություններ»,–եզրափակեց Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի 3–րդ դասակի հրամանատարը:
