Պատահական չէ, որ ֆեյսբուքում առաջին արձագանքը եղավ Վանո Սիրադեղյանի և նրա կողմից ընդամենը 10 րոպեում Երևանի քրեական միջավայրի էվակուացման մասին: Անկախ իշխանության և ուժային կառույցների որակներից, կա մի գիծ, որը պետք է թունդ կարմիրով նշված լինի ՝ կազմակերպված հանցավորությունը չպետք է կարողանա մայրաքաղքում օրը ցերեկով կրակել: Երկրորդական է ՝ իշխանությունը պայքարում է օրենքով գողերի դեմ, թե հովանավորում նրանց, օգտագործում է նրանց ռեսուրսն ընտրություններին, թե ոչ: Ուժային կառույցները պետք է ապահովեն մարդկանց անվտանգությունը ոչ միայն երկրից դուրս ՝ սահմանին, այլև երկրի ներսում: 

Դեպքն ինքնին արդեն կասկածի տակ է դրել Հայաստանի ուժային կառույցների ադեկվատությունը: Դեմքը փրկելու համար ուժայիններին մնում է միայն արագ ժամկետներում բացահայտել տեղի ունեցածը, համալիր միջոցառումներով գծել այն կարմիր գիծը, որ կազմակերպված հանցավորությունն այսօր խախտել է:
