ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հարց ու պատասխանը երեկ բավական շատ քննարկումներ հարուցեց: Պատճառը ոչ միայն Ծառուկյանի քաղաքական կշիռն ու ԱԺ-ում երկրորդ ուժի ղեկավար հանդիսանալը, այլև նրա ուշագրավ դիտարկումները: Ուշագրավ են այդ դիտարկումները Հայաստանի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերում հնչող տարաբնույթ, մեծամասամբ ապակառուցողական մոտեցումների ֆոնին ՝ ակնհայտ կառուցողական և հավասարակշիռ շեշտադրումների համար:

Առաջնահերթ նշենք, որ Ծառուկյանը շատ ճիշտ է, երբ չի փորձում ի պատասխան լրագրողների բազմաթիվ ու կրկնվող հարցերի մտնել ՀՀԿ ներքին գործերի, մասնավորապես Սերժ Սարգսյան-Կարեն Կարապետյան դիլեմայի ու վարչապետության հարցերի մասին քննարկումների մեջ: Եվ ինչքան էլ ցավոտ լինեն Ծառուկյանի գնահատականներն առ այն, որ ժողովուրդն է ընտրել ՀՀԿ-ին և ՀՀԿ-ից պիտի պահանջի իր հարցերի պատասխանները, այդ գնահատականները ճիշտ են: Առավել անիմաստ է ընտրություններից հետո խոսել թեժ աշնան կամ թեժ գարնան մասին: Մտնել ներիշխանական ինտրիգների մեջ՝ նշանակում է դառնալ այդ ինտրիգների գործիք, ինչին Ծառուկյանն ու Ծառուկյան դաշինքը չեն պատրաստվում գնալ: 

Այս հավասարակշիռ մոտեցման մյուս կողմն արդեն վերաբերում է ԵՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու նախաձեռնությանը: Նախ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը չի փակում դռներն այդ նախաձեռնության առաջ, չի ժխտում, սև ու սպիտակ գծեր չի քաշում: Նա ասում է, որ իր դաշինքի պատգամավորները պարտավոր են ներկա լինել ու մասնակցել ցանկացած քննարկմանը: Երկրորդ և ըստ էության ամենակարևոր թեզը ՝ Ծառուկյանը նշում է, որ միգուցե մենք սխալ ենք օգտագործում ԵՏՄ-ի հնարավորությունները: Եվ այս իմաստով նրա այս խոսքը ոչ պակաս կարևոր է քան ԵԼՔ-ի նախաձեռնությունը: Ծառուկյանը լինելով փորձառու գործիչ, ի տարբերություն ամբիցիոզ ու մաքսիմալիստ շատերի ունենալով ռեալ փորձ բիզնեսում, հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում, շատ լավ գիտի, որ այս պահին Հայաստանը բացի ԵՏՄ-ից այլ գործընկեր չի կարող ունենալ: Միամիտ կլիներ փաստել, թե այժմ ԵՏՄ-ից Հայաստանը ահռելի օգուտներ ունի: Այս կոնտեքստում Ծառուկյանի դիտարկումը շատ ճիշտ է ՝ պետք է ձգտել ոչ թե դուրս գալ ԵՏՄ-ից, այլ «մտնել» ԵՏՄ նորովի, հասկանալով այդ շուկայի առանձնահատկություններն ու օգտագործելով դրանք: 

Ծառուկյանի ՝ ԱԺ-ում հնչեցրած դիտարկումներն այս իմաստով թարմություն են մտցնում հայաստանյան քաղաքական քննարկումներում: Ինչը նաև բնական է և օրինաչափ՝ Ծառուկյան դաշինքը երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժն է պառլամենտում: Եվ դաշինքի առաջնորդի կողմից հնչեցված բազմաշերտ մոտեցումները կարող են որոշակիորեն գունազարդել ներքին ու արտաքին հարցերի շուրջ իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն ծայրահեղ մոտեցումների դաշտը և նոր հնարավորություններ հուշեն Հայաստանով մտահոգ բոլոր սուբյեկտներին:
