3 երեխաների մայրը 16 շաբաթում տնային տնտեսուհուց վերածվել է ֆիթնես-մոդելի

Միայնակ մայր Կարին Ջանսման ընդամենը 16 շաբաթում անհավանական հաջողությունների է հասել իր մարմինը վերափոխելու գործում ու հաղթել «Միսս մոդել Ավստրալիա» մրցույթում, հայտնում է Past.am-ը՝ հղում անելով Daily Mail Australia-ին:
33-ամյա Կարինը միայնակ դժվարությամբ է կարողանում դաստիարակել իր երեք երեխաներին:
Ինչ-որ պահի նա զգաց, որ օրեցօր իր տեսքն ավելի է վատանում ու որոշեց փոխել կյանքը սպորտի ու առողջ սննդի օգնությամբ:
Առաջինը, ինչ Կարինն արեց, հեծանվասարք գնելն էր: Նա արթնանում էր առավոտյան ժ• 5.00-ին ու 1 ժամ մարզվում մինչ երեխաների արթնանալը:
Հետո Կարինը ծանոթացավ մարզչի հետ, ով խումբ էր հավաքում ֆիթնեսով զբաղվելու համար: Հենց նա էլ կնոջն առաջարկեց փորձել ուժերը մրցույթում:
Ընդամենը 2 շաբաթ անց նա սկսեց նկատել արդյունքը, իսկ 16 շաբաթյա մարզումներից հետո նա արդեն պատրաստ էր մրցույթին:
Շուտով Կարինը կմեկնի Լաս Վեգաս, որտեղ հնարավորություն ունի մրցել 500 մասնագիտացած ֆիթնես-մոդելների հետ:
