Երևանում կանցկացվի ռեստորանային ուտեստների առաջին փառատոնը

Երևանում սեպտեմբերի 21-23-ը տեղի կունենա ուտեստների «Yerevan Food Fest»  առաջին փառատոնը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ միջոցառումը կտևի երեք օր։  Առաջին երկու օրվա ընթացքում ոլորտի հրավիրված հայտնի փորձագետները կվարեն վարպետության դասեր փառատոնի մասնակիցների համար: Դրանք տեղի կունենան երկու հարթակներում ՝ The LOFT-ում և Complex Bar-ում։

Խոսնակների շարքում ոլորտի այնպիսի մասնագետներ են, ինչպիսիք են Աննա Ելովիկովան (Հյուսիսային Կովկասի ռեստորանատերերի և հյուրանոցատերերի ասոցիացիայի նախագահ), Աննա Ձյուբան (հայտնի գաստրո-բլոգեր), Լիլիթ Հարությունյանը («Դոլմաստեր»-ի սեփականատեր և բրենդ-շեֆ), ինչպես նաև լրագրողներ, ռեստորանատերեր և ոլորտի փորձագետներ։

Փառատոնի գլխավոր իրադարձությունը կլինի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայանալիք մեծ բացօթյա միջոցառումը մայրաքաղաքի ամենահայտնի կենտրոնական այգիներից մեկում՝ Անգլիական այգում, որին կմասնակցեն Երևանի ռեստորանները, շեֆ-խոհարարները և գաստրոնոմիկ ոլորտի այլ ներկայացուցիչները։

 Salon Armenian, Dragon Garden, Crumbs և այլ հայտնի ռեստորանների շեֆ-խոհարարները կվարեն բաց վարպետության դասեր փառատոնի հյուրերի համար, միջոցառման մասնակիցները նաև կլինեն Hans&Franz, Rafaello, Tsirani, Ingredient, Pub 37 և այլ ռեստորաններ։

Երևանում փառատոնին կմասնակցեն շուրջ 30 երևանյան ռեստորան, որոնք հանդիսատեսի դատին կհանձնեն ոչ միայն արդեն սիրված ուտեստները, այլև փառատոնի համար կազմված հատուկ մենյուն՝ ուտեստներ, որոնք կվաճառվեն հատուկ սովորականից ավելի ցածր փառատոնային գնով։

Այգու տարածքում, ռեստորաններից բացի, անցկացվելու են հայ շեֆ-խոհարարների թեմատիկ վարպետության դասերը, կլինեն տեղակայված հանգստի և մանկական գոտիներ, երաժիշտներով բեմը և այլն, ինչպես նաև հատուկ լուսանկարների համար նախատեսված հատված կլինի, որը հայտնի Marashlyan PhotoStudio-ի ղեկավարության տակ կլինի։

Փառատոնը ոլորտի մասնագետների համար կդառնա անմիջական շփման մի հարթակ, որտեղ կքննարկվեն ոլորտի կարևոր հարցերը և որը կնպաստի նոր բիզնես կապերի ձևավորմանը։

Փառատոնի կարևորագույն խորհուրդներից է այն, որ Երևանը տարածաշրջանային մասշտաբով կարող է դառնալ կարևոր միջոցառումների անցկացման մի հարթակ, ինչպես նաև կարող է նպաստել ռեստորանային ոլորտի և գաստրոնոմիկ զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը։ .
